I was able to duct tape it for the night at my hotel in Green River. Next Morning, I called DJ Glass Plus, and they said come on in. The 2 men working on it were fast and did a masterful job repairing it, and only charged me $25, and by 9:00 AM I was back on the road crossing America. Thank you very much DJ Glass Plus for saving my trip, and saving me $5k by not having to buy a new camper shell.

When I called the day they were suppose to arrive no windshield! A new gal in the office! They were so apologetic & I understand mix up do happened occasionally! They ordered it that day & the next day they were her at 11a.m. right on time & took some off the price! The windshield was repaired and it looks brand new! So yes they are a good company ! Most companies around this area would never have taken off anything off the price !! So we are a very satisfied customer !

Shortly after installation, I was told the entire furnace needed to be replaced! It felt like they were just guessing. After speaking with the tech and the owner, they informed me it's always advised as a second option to replace the furnace entirely even though they recommend a part that would fix the potential furnace issue. Now I'm stuck with a new furnace and one useless part (second part was refunded, short $66 due to a processing fee). I also found it concerning that they refused to provide itemized receipts. The owner's explanation that it takes hours to diagnose a total furnace failure doesn't align with the tech's quick discovery of the 'huge problem' after installing the second part. This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing and costly.

A quote, report and assistance within less than a few hours of being here. Strange. The owner , as you all can see, very clearly stated that "the water damage was undetermined", so riddle me this... If it was undetermined then why aren't you guys, the plumbers doing your jobs to determine the issue??? I'm not a plumber that's why I called you! Pathetic, but yes let's blame the customer for asking questions, right? Sounds like a classic case of the owner wanting money upfront and not wanting to have to deal with an insurance company, but yeah, I'm the criminal.
