We set up for 3 of us to go to the Jaguars vs Cowboys game. We decided since it was our first trip to use a Tour package because of all the things that were planned. We worked almost exclusively with Dan, Ken and Jack. Buying tickets on our own had some risks and it was hard to get 3 tickets together (mostly 2, 4, etc.) These guys were great and answered all our questions online quickly. The day we were supposed to travel, the schedule blew up because of bad weather in Dallas that cancelled our flight. We missed the meet and greet with the players but the guys got us autographs from those that were there. The Omni was a nice hotel to stay at and immediately adjacent to the Star Complex and the meals were very good in the ball room in the mornings (also included.) They had arranged for buses to the stadium and we are glad we went that way, parking was a zoo and over $100/ car! We went to the big Bill Bates BBQ. That was loud and raucous but the food was great and lots of it. There were players there for autographs and pictures. The lines were long but the players were very accommodating. We went to the stadium early and had the best accommodations there with incredible seats, included food and drink and a very classy lounge area to relax before, Halftime and after the game. This was the highlight of our experience (and the Cowboys won!). It was easy getting in and out and again we were glad of the buses. The next morning it was up early and off to the Stadium for the tour of AT&T by bus again. The next day we made up our missed tour of the Star practice facility. Overall a great trip even with all the complications. Our Tour leads were constantly there making everything work and explaining the process. It was an amazing trip and I am glad we went with Star Sports Tours. read more
