They genuinely care about their clients & providing a good experience. Catarino picked us up at my home in Bakersfield & drove us to San Diego getting us to our departing international flight on time. One week later he was right there waiting to pick us up & drive us back home to Bakersfield. His vehicles are so clean & comfortable. We were all so tired from our travel that it was nice to be able to sleep most of the 4+ hours home while Catarino took care of getting us home safe. Driver in cab 81 never used his signal to indicate that he was getting into another lane, driver didn't even look over his shoulder to check if there was any one else in the lane. Well, in the lane he merged to there was motorcycle rider the driver almost hit the motorcycle rider. Beware of this driver, he could of killed the motorcycle rider.
