They genuinely care about their clients & providing a good experience. Catarino picked us up at my home in Bakersfield & drove us to San Diego getting us to our departing international flight on time. One week later he was right there waiting to pick us up & drive us back home to Bakersfield. His vehicles are so clean & comfortable. We were all so tired from our travel that it was nice to be able to sleep most of the 4+ hours home while Catarino took care of getting us home safe. He not only offered us a very fair price for what turned out to be a four-hour trip home, but he was also friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Despite the late hour (11 PM to 3 AM) and the long distance, Arturo kept the ride comfortable and safe, and we had a long, engaging conversation that made the time fly. I was already tired from driving earlier in the day, but his professionalism and great company made all the difference.
