He never was available to complete the service. Within a few months of hiring him, I contacted Carl when I heard scratching noise in the walls. Then I had rodents in the living area of my house. Carl promised to assist, then has stopped responding to my phone calls/texts. I last texted Carl maybe 3 weeks ago requesting he "make things right". He has not responded. I previously posted a Yelp review. Carl seemed friendly and appeared knowledgeable but he did not stand behind his work. I paid him $2,880 to solve the problem and was left with a worse rodent problem than when I hired him.

Used well over 600 gallons of my water. Took the skimmer cover off and got sand in the skimmer which they both saw I had skimmer sock in it. Greg knew the skimmer was on only because of the sand falling in the pool didn't want in pump. Greg also knew I was going away because he wanted to get paid before I left which is fine. Came home 3 days later to find my pump struggling because of the sock in the skimmer filled with sand. Not only that the skimmer sock was shredded because of the pressure from the pump. Shut the pump off to find shredded skimmer sock in the pump along with sand. If I changed the sock at my normal weekly maintenance schedule my pump would have seized. Now it don't sound right but luckily still running. Second big issue was my rain leader extension that pushed the rain water away from my shed area was never put back and my shed flooded

I hired this company the better part of 10 years ago, when they were located on 580 near CR1, to take care of my mother's home. This included routine monthly visits to apply various treatments and make assessments based on their findings. They took painstakingly good care of things while I was dealing with "foreign affairs" and I honestly felt they took care of business in a prompt, professional manner. NOTE: If you reach out and they are busy treating a property, simply leave your number, as I did, and you should find the response time to always be reasonable, not to mention courteous. ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY: I shall note that my contract was for treating both the interior and exterior of the home...and during a specific deployment overseas a landscaper I hired had suddenly quit, no warnings and moved out of state, to provide care for a sick family member. Not being home, I wished to wait on the rehiring of someone new until I could properly interview several landacapers. Well, this caused Lady Bug to incur issues navigating the property while attempting to treat it. When I found this out the growth was becoming a serious issue. Lady Bug took it into their own hands (I welcomed this) and solved the landscaper problem for me until I returned and was able to address the entire situation. I want my readers to know that I could provide no degree of thanks that would properly define my appreciation (It also kept the HOA, city and county off my back). With that said, I sincerely wish more companies could engrave this level of customer service onto their résumés. END GAME: As a Yelp Elite, I care not to be a complainer and I enjoy doing my homework ahead of time, so I am not overpaying for services (If I do, thats shame on me, NOT the business - example if I charge 16 bucks for a dozen eggs and you bought it, that is your mistake. Aldi is open 7 days a week) or supplies or anything from hardware stores to restaurants and everything in between. I dislike paying for and receiving what I feel is less than the effort and attention I apply to the tasks I am assigned. This is why hiring Lady Bug was a quintessential move for me and my family.
