The aisles are roomy so you won't find yourself running into plants and squeezing through tiny spaces to get where you need to go. If you have any difficulties finding what you need, the hardworking staff are always friendly and willing to help you. I even witnessed an employee arm and arm with an elderly woman with a cane helping her choose the flowers she liked best. This place makes sure everyone feels safe and cared for. They offer a handful of places to sit and rest if you need, wheelchair accessible ramps, and free water bottles available to anyone who may need it. Called to cancel - they offered a discounted service fee - said no thank you and then offered a free after keeping me on hold again. Wasted an hour so agreed to no service fee. Then received text - did not have my item offered sub. (way less quality) refused - then site offered $20 off - still less money elsewhere with free delivery. Terrible Terrible experience!

Walking in, there's tons of flowers, plants and trees to choose from. Organized by color, along with annuals or perennials, this place literally has it all. My favorite part? the Volkswagen Bug in the middle of the store stuffed with flowers. I loved it! Prices here are a bit steep, but all their plants seem to be extremely healthy and they even have Proven Winners brand, which is excellent. Pots are stocked here, some designer, some standard terra cotta. Staff's knowledgeable and friendly as well. Bathrooms are at the front of the store and in great clean shape.
