This Starbucks is typically great! However the service recently has been disappointing. Usually I order ahead of time and pick it up whenever it says it's ready but every time I do so, my drink is watered down (from the ice melting) and my food is cold. It's clear they make the order quicker than the wait time which isn't a bad thing necessarily but it became frustrating eventually. Time and time again my order was watered down and cold so I started to place it then come slightly earlier. The employee who spoke to me at the drive through was insanely rude about how early I came (there was nobody else in the drive through or parking lot). Me and my boyfriend were taken aback by this interaction because they typically are nice! We totally didn't mind waiting for the order as we weren't in a rush. It's frustrating as a customer when my orders are cold and unenjoyable or I'm either met with hostility and passive aggressiveness. I'm aware that placing the order and arriving before isn't the best option but if it's the only way to get my order fresh, then what else am I meant to do? read more

On March 4th, I had ordered two Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich with a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. Once delivered (through Doordash) it was a complete incorrect order. They gave me someone else's drink. Whatever no big deal right? Wrong. Today on March 9th, I ordered the same thing. Once delivered; it was a GRANDE Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte and a Bacon Gouda Sandwich. How can you possibly screw something up when the order details are right in front of your face??? This is a ROCKIN Location meaning it's busy, hella busy. It's the holiday season so. Everyone is either going thru the drive thru or ordering on the Moble app and is coming in to get stuff. I've given this place several chances, but the coffee is never made as ordered. The morning staff and managers don't seem to care that they can't get it right. What's worse is that when you politely point out the mistake, they argue with you about it. For a coffee drink that costs $9.63, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. If I'm willing to pay that much for a coffee, the least you can do is make it correctly, without the attitude. A bit of appreciation would go a long way, considering we're spending our money at your store and helping to keep you employed. This Starbucks is always so busy! Nestled in Bethel Park .. no too far from the South Park entrance is this Starbucks - which does have a drive through. The staff is warm and friendly - and my drink orders are spot on. My only grip is the drive thru line is always backed up when I go. This past Saturday- I ordered via the mobile app.. I made the right turn to head in - all the spots out front were taken so I joined the drive thru which was wrapped around the front of building. Long wait - if I would have had someone with me I would have had them run in... What a Storming Mess. Bethel Park Starbucks! I can't see how Bethel Park Municipality allows this chaos to go on. If you want a haircut or need to do business in PNC, you better be ready to wait 20 minutes to even get in proximity of those places. Drive thru window is the best! Even when it's super busy, it moves pretty quick. Standard Starbucks and not different than any other location but I tend to think they are all essentially the same. Speciality drinks are expense but I think that's the norm most places now. You'll easily pay $5 or more. Most specialty drinks are too sweet for me and I order almost always half sweetness so keep this in mind if you too prefer drinks that aren't super sweet. read more

Well after all these weeks I was able to find a gingerbread man cookie! Small and tasty it was the only place that I found that sold them this holiday season. I noticed that Starbucks now sells Tevana tea. I ordered a cup to go with my cookie. It was scalding hot it burnt the inside of my mouth and had no real flavor to it. I go to Starbucks multiple times a week and this one is horrible. Every single time there is some sort of issue. Last week I did a mobile order. I waited 18 MINUTES past the designated pick up time. It was not even that busy inside. The girl making my coffee kept talking to her friend who was a customer. Her friend even asked for something additional and she made it before any one else's drinks who were waiting. Then she kept talking to the other employee, who was actually working, and just taking her good old time. I was late for my appointment I had and super annoyed. What put me over the edge is THREE TIMES IN A ROW now my caramel iced coffee tasted like fruit. Like cherries or something. It is so gross! I have never had this happen anywhere else. I don't know if they aren't washing their cups or whoever is working is using the wrong thing, but it tastes like an iced tea fruit coffee. Woof. I always use the drive thru so never notice until I drive away. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks location I pass on Monday morning so I have no other option. However next Monday I will definitely be going inside the store to order to taste test my coffee before I leave. What an annoyance. My first experience was probably the worst Starbucks experience I ever had. Not to mention I visit Starbucks every single day. It took them three times to get my drink correct and they made me feel like I was in trouble when I told them it was wrong. I paid for a Carmel drizzle and didn't receive one. A friend of mine was stuck at home on a rainy Friday working on a paper for her Masters degree. She sent out a FB post asking is someone would be kind enough to bring her a latte. Coffee sounded great so I headed to this Starbucks close to her home. It was packed!! I thought it was going to take me forever to get coffee. Boy was I wrong. I used to come to this Starbucks all the time and I always had fantastic experiences here. Unfortunately after COVID they've been insanely busy and don't seem to care about making drinks that actually taste the way they're supposed to. My past 5 visits to this Starbucks included the following. 1. Waiting in drive thru for 30 minutes then received a venti hot vanilla latte that was only filled up 2/3 of the way 2. Waited 35 minutes in drive thru and received a watered down latte 3. Waited 30 minutes for a latte and then watched the barista fill the remaining space of my cup with water because it was only full 2/3 of the way (this explains why all my lattes have tasted watery from here recently) 4. Received a warmed up pastry almost immediately after ordering, but then had to wait another 25 minutes for my drink. By this time my pastry was cold and again my drink was watered down. Also keep in mind they weren't allowing indoor seating bc COVID so I just had to wait 25min while my pastry got cold. 5. Waited 25 minutes for a watery latte once again 6. I will chose to support small businesses in the area instead of returning to this location again (Keep in mind these visits all happened at different points in the day, I don't consistently go at the same busy time.) Starbucks has always been my go to, but recently it's been such a disappointment. I've always looked forward to my latte, but it's just been a complete waste of time and money as well as a major disappointment. There's nothing worse than paying $6 for a drink that takes 30 minutes to make and then ends up tasting like water or isn't filled up. I've never left a bad review for a company, but this Starbucks has consistently been a disappointment. If you're going to go to this location I'd recommend finding a local small business owner and giving them your business instead for better service and better coffee. If you're thinking Starbucks is fast and convenient which is why you'd chose it over a small business owner I can promise you this Starbucks location is both ridiculously slow and your drink won't even taste good. It's so silly thinking back to all the drinks I've ordered from here and then just dumped out because they tasted so gross. I've probably wasted about $35-$40 and 2hrs waiting in line at this location in the past 2 weeks if that helps put it in perspective. Please just don't waste your time or money here. read more

This location is super busy but they quickly serve you. Everyone there is super nice. The drive up is long but somehow the line goes very quick. I have had big orders and they are always very helpful. I love the young guy with the brown sometimes red hair. He never gets frustrated with my difficult orders. I actually pass 2 locations on my way home to stop at this location because I love the energy at this location. I recently brought my two young daughters here and they spent extra time making a special drink for them as first timers. I think they are hooked. Recently had the most disrespectful interaction with an employee at this location! I went in to get a drink I normally get, the lady who started making my drink asked the cashier who's drink she was making and the cashier told her it was me she then told the cashier to finish my drink and switch her so she did. ( keep in mind I am the only black customer). As soon as the cashier finished my drink she came back and started making other customers drinks. I I was just thinking whatever it's nothing, however the drink was made incorrectly so I simply asked was there oatmilk in my drink because it looked like it was wrong and she snapped at me and said "I don't know, I didn't make the drink so how would I know" I said well can I get a new one she said "I'll just give you oatmilk" she stood there and waited for me to open my drink and I guess I was taking too long for her and she huffed and said "Here I'll just give you a cup" I rolled my eyes because I was genuinely frustrated at her rudeness but whatever then as I put my hand out to grab the cup of oatmilk she slams it on the counter next to me and walks away! Very disrespectful and rude. I will never come to this location again and honestly Starbucks as a company needs to do better especially for customers because we spend our money somewhere and we expect decent customer service. I wasn't rude, even as she was rude to me. She could've simply just remade my drink and apologized for the mix up whatever but she chose to be nasty. Still after all of that my drink was not right!
