One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Served with a choice of either fries or chunky wedges (think roast potato wedges and you'll get the idea). The cafe makes its own hot sauces and strawberry jams, all of which you should try if you get a chance as they're all scrumptious. You can even buy jars of the sauces to take home. Service is warm & friendly and you're made to feel incredibly welcome the second you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Their homemade marmalade is so good, I think about it throughout the year while I'm not in the UK. I'm not sure where they get their bacon, but it's absolutely killer. The anytime breakfast with a side of crumpets/marmalade with tea is about £8. You can't get a better deal than that for fresh, made-to-order food that's not greasy. I'm so glad this place has survived in an address that's historically had quite a bit of turnover.
