Can they hire a manager please, someone who is going to ensure the place gets cleaned up abd there is some sort of QA/QC on the drinks that are being made?! how fo i get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with no sweet cream?! lol. Get someone to wash down the patio....its disgusting with old spilled drink all over the place. ​And please help these Baristas (if you can call them that) to smile and at least say good morning. Gave them another try. Coffee with a tad of milk and a dash of cinnamon powder. They wanted an extra dollar for a dash of cinnamon. The cashier could not understand that there is no up charge for a dash of cinnamon, only for the cinnamon syrup and was unresponsive to correction. So FOAD. read more

The worst Starbucks by far. I don't know if they lack decent management or just don't have enough employees but each time I've been here it's awful. Takes forever even if there are only 2 cars in the drive thru. Your lucky if you even get a greeting when you finally pull up. Don't think about asking if anyone is there because you will be cut off and told to wait. While paying and receiving my drink the baristas always look so burnt out so I try and be nice, smile, tell them to have a great day but always get smug looks back. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

I really like this Starbucks in Carlsbad NM. The staff is always friendly and my drinks are made right. The drive thru line can be long, but this is the only Starbucks with a drive thru in Carlsbad so it doesn't bother me. The lobby is clean and there are plenty of tables to sit/work at. read more

What can I say? It's a Starbucks. It's in a brand-new building, so the facilities are nice and new. The "dining" room is spacious and comfortable. It's clean and there is plenty of room to hang out with your friends while you drink coffee. They have outlets so you can work if you want. They offer standard Starbucks fare and customer service. read more

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I saw that the drive through line was long and not many people were inside. I came inside and I ordered a iced caramel macchiato. There were maybe 3 people waiting for drinks inside. I stood there for 35 minutes waiting for my drink to which I finally walked out without my drink. There were 3 girls working and they looked like deer in headlights. One girl was making one drink at a time and dropping things. Seemed like they were focused on the drive through and not the people coming inside to order. They need more staff, better training or management there to help out when there's a rush. Don't bother coming here unless you have all day to wait for a coffee. read more

The drive-thru is so slow. Which is not how to run a business. Drive-thru should always be the fastest, versus the dine in. While in line for over almost 30 minutes we saw countless people go into the lobby and come out quicker than the people in the drive through. This location should be closed. Go to Albertsons for quicker service than here. Not worth it here. read more

I sure hate paying $6 for a cup of coffee and having it taste so terrible! The drive-thru is more convenient, but I won't do this again. If I had the time to take it back, I definitely would.
