This place seems like a drive-thru only, but there was room for folks to park and sit in a shaded patio area across from the drive-through window. Their part of the building is orange and tucked away from the main road, but there is a really tall sign that leads the way... The lady who served us was dressed up in a cute devil outfit. She was really friendly and fast. I opted for a sweet green tea with peach flavoring. I enjoyed its refreshing taste. Both of my daughters got a medium ocean water. The ocean water was so delicious. I'm totally getting that next time. My pre-teen daughters are very mature so the naked woman in heels on the cups, of course, stood out to them, but they thought it was cool. On one occasion, I mentioned that the entrance had an unpleasant odor like body odor it hits you in the face when you open the door the next time, I did come in the smell was not there. Today, I called the store to schedule a Hydrotherapy appointment. I spoke with a gentleman who informed me that Amy's available slots for these appointments are at 1:00-2:00 PM or 2:30 PM. I explained that these times wouldn't work for me and asked if there were other options. He mentioned that Amy might be flexible with her schedule. I then checked my calendar to see if I could accommodate one of the regular times, as he also mentioned there were available slots in August. He then asked what time would work for me, and I replied with 5 PM. He immediately responded, "Blah, I don't think Amy will do that," cutting me off before I could finish. I was about to suggest 5 PM this week or 12:30 PM next Monday if that was possible, but I never got the chance. So, I said, "Um, okay, never mind." He responded, "No, Jessica, what is it? Well, what is it?" I told him I would find another place for the treatment. He said something I couldn't hear, and I ended the call by telling him his response was rude before hanging up. I already felt uncomfortable discussing this appointment with a man, and his rudeness made it even worse. Hydrotherapy involves being partially exposed, with only a blanket covering you, so it's crucial for me to feel comfortable with the staff and the environment. This comfort is essential for a positive experience. I will no longer shop here!

If you aren't familiar with Allsup's, you'd never know they are a heavy weight enterprise in the desert, probably the most recognizable corporate name in New Mexico. Allsup's is a study in marketing genius. The outdated look, low ceilings, older fixtures, narrow aisles, crowded merchandising, etc. are all by design to give customers the feeling they are getting a bargain. When you go to a garage sale, you naturally just assume you're getting a good deal without even thinking to compare prices with a store down the street. How do I know this? Because several years ago I interviewed for an Executive position with Allsup's, and the company President told me. (No, I didn't get the job, but I still think Allsup's is a great company with a valid and successful theory about how to take advantage of this marketing approach.) One thing Allsup's has that no other gas station or convenience store can match - their cheap and delicious fried burritos. Are they a perfect late night snack? Yes. Are they great for breakfast? Yes. Do they satisfy a mid-afternoon snack craving? Yes. I purchased the green chile chicken fried burrito (one of several different flavors) and it truly hit the spot - spicy, crunchy, flaky, and delicious! I'm going to rate Allsup's three stars. However, this rating does not mean Allsup's is doing anything wrong and it certainly won't motivate them to do anything different or make changes to achieve five starts. Three stars is what they are, and three stars is exactly what they want to be.

I went into the store tonight, got the things I needed and proceeded to the checkout line. I went to register 3, the clerk was talking to another clerk, she turned to look at me, turned back around and started talking to her again. My friend I was with had to ask her if she was open and she said ya I'm open. By that time, I had already left. I then went to the self check out and proceeded to check myself out. The clerk that was manning that area walked off, no problem, however I ran into an issue and needed her help, but she was nowhere to be found, so we had to go find someone else. When she returned, I had another issue with scanning up an item. She told me it was because my friend picked up a bag before it was time, yet it still would not let me continue ringing up my item. She walked over with a terrible attitude and repeated what she already told us and told me there was nothing she could help me with that it had to fix itself. This stores customer service is awful!!! Its a shamebecause I really like the deli and a few other things I can't get anywhere else, but I dread going in fear of how I will be treated.
