    This visit was pleasantly surprising. Usually there is a very very long wait in the drive thru and I don't stick around to stay in it. Did it a few times and was in like for so long! Instantly regretted it. This time around I got in line and and it moved pretty quickly. Customer service was pleasant as well. Today was a good day

    The WORST. I've been coming to the location for a couple years. This location USED to be wonderful. When I wanted something done right, I would come here. Not anymore. Made a mobile order for a grande green tea and an unearned pastry. Seems simple enough right? Wrong!! 15 mins later I'm still waiting for my drink. When asked about it I was told it's coming up. In the meantime I'm watching the "barista" make the drinks of people who literally just walked in, ordered at the register, and came got their drinks and left. The manager Tanesha Davis came to the front asking if anyone was waiting on a mobile order. I advised her I was and told her what I was waiting on. What did the manager tell me? "She's going to make it in one moment." Speaking of the girl I was waiting on originally. What was the point of asking if you weren't going to do anything about it? Irking. After that fiasco I decided to cancel the order. I told the barista that I wanted to cancel the order and she said I could wait in line. Are you kidding? I asked again for Tanesha Davis the "manager" and when she came up I told her I just want to cancel the order and get a refund. Her response? You have to go to the register and get the refund at which point I said "no. You need to go to the register and process my refund." Why am I running around trying to get my money back for your lack of service? Absolutely not. Well I will be emailing the district manager Akeisha Walker and see what happens from there. Not hopeful.

    Terrible. Waited so long forgot what I wanted. Slow slow slow, so ridiculous. I don't recommend you come here esp if you're in a rush and then the drinks don't taste good, not made the right way, ugh.

    This is my go to Starbucks as it is the only Starbucks in the area. They recently renovated the location and provide more comfortable seating for guests. However, it is a small Starbucks so don't expect to bring a gang of folks with you. The driver thru service is usually right on point and very quick unless you come during the morning rush hour. During the rush hour, the wait time can be as long as 30 minutes. I will say I am always greeted right away at the ordering menu as well at the pick up window. I have also pre ordered my selections and my order is waiting for me upon entry when I walk in the door. The sit down area and restrooms are always clean.

    I ate the wrap. Still haven't made my own tea though. ‍‍‍

    Sub par experience every time lately. This past year was disappointment after disappointment. I walk in around 2pm and there's nobody in the lobby. I place an order for a tea and a breakfast wrap. I go sit down. Yeah the drive through has a few vehicles but the place was empty. Then they got hit with a rush. Customer after customer started to come in. Not long after the customers placed their orders they were handed their orders. I grew concerned after, I kid you not, 15-20 ppl walked in and were served before me. I got back in line and politely reminded the cashier that I was waiting on an order. They assured me that it was coming right away. After another 10 minutes I was handed the wrap. I ruined them again that I ordered a tea. Waited again only to get a rushed out tea that was below standards. I asked the barista how much product he put in. They asked did I want more to add. Me thinking that the cup was full and they should just remake it and take their time, the barista instead asked me to remove the lid to add more product to a full cup. I pointed out that there's no room and they put it in a cup for me. I left with two cups of d.i.y. and a wrap. I'm done. I'm done with this location. Not the only location that I've had disappointments but I was rooting for this one and I'm done.

    This spot is STILL slow!! They have knew staff, but still understaffed. Great location, SLOW!!!!! SERVICE!!!!

    Customer service is Terrible. I hate coming to places like this in the hood. I'll just leave it at that.
