Got the order wrong and instead of redoing it the barista got an attitude and said every other Starbucks makes this specific drink wrong. I travel all over the US on a regular basis for work and every other location makes it the same way, as is shown in the pictures on the menu. I chose to not argue with her further and left. Absolute worst Starbucks in town!! Kelly was very rude to me and did not make my drink how I asked. She gave the lady infront of me no charge for her extra syrup but charged me for extra syrup. Horrible. I ordered NO pumpkin spice powder in my drink and instead they put EXTRA. I'm allergic to it (it has cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove in it) so that was pretty horrible for me. Just stick to an actual Starbucks. They don't listen here! I've never had this problem before... this place just doesn't know what they are doing. read more

There was one (very nice) young man who would take your order, payment and then make your drink. They didn't have drip coffee decaf or chai, and very few items. This Starbucks is the only good thing this Target has going for it. I was driving from Orlando to Jacksonville and decided to stop at this Target to pick up a gift for the hubby. Boy, was I happy when I walked in and there was a Starbucks.... I think the logo was actually smiling at me! Needless to say, I was in dire need of some Caffeine. There was only one employee working and he was very nice. Unfortunately, they were out of caramel, so I went with a vanilla coffee-based frap instead. The person behind me ordered lemonade and they were out of that too. Apparently, they run out of a lot of things on "race days." Yes, I managed to stop in Daytona while some big NASCAR race was going on. How was I suppose to know? Everything was nice and clean. There were a few small tables set up with chairs. The pastry section was small and there were only a few selections. Again, I guess they were out of most things because it was a "race day." But, even if it was full, it was so small there would not have been much to choose from. I went to Starbucks today as I do everyday and I order the same exact thing every time, well the shot of espresso wasn't in my drink which I paid for no big deal so I asked for the shot well they remade the drink and remade it wrong ok so I waited again and this time Karen dropped the drink and then she dropped the next one ok I finally got my drink and the manager Karen rudely tells me if it's not right I can give you a refund well if you would have made it right the first time I would have kept it and you didn't read the order otherwise you would have gotten it right and you dropped the drink being rude and nasty it's called karma . Poor customer service from your barista at this Starbucks yesterday. We ordered our drink, paid and waited. There were a few people ahead of us and I watched them get their items in proper order, so knew we were up next. I noticed Alexus the barista making some chilled drinks and I recognized them to be the order taken from the young ladies that had ordered AFTER us so I approached her and asked "are you making our macchiato?" To which she snottily responded with "I'm doing them in order." Again I knew those drinks were placed after ours so said "but you aren't because those drinks you're making now were ordered after us" to which she just mumbled something about the cups must have been moved out of order. No apology in that moment or when she gave me the drink either. I don't expect to be treated special, I'm no different from any other customer, but I do expect respect and fair treatment and didn't get that from this barista. An apology probably could have squashed the situation bc let's be real accidents happen but not only was she rude with her initial response, but she also couldn't rise above and utter those words to me the customer when she realized she was wrong. Shame on her, hopefully this Starbucks gives her a lesson in customer service. read more

It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneous dictated by my cravings at any given moment. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. I feel all these criterions are controllable by the corporation, the franchise owner or store manager. This is consistently the worst Starbucks that I go to, I put my mobile order in every morning 10 minutes prior to arriving and always I have to wait for at least five. This morning they lost my mobile order and didn't even tell me although I asked three employees how long it would be before it was ready. Now I'm late to work, no coffee, 10 out of 10 would not recommend. This Starbucks sucks! I was the only one in line, and i stood there for five minutes ready to order while they stared at me while cleaning and not helping customers. The cashier didn't know how to speak and mumbled everything under his breath. I wanted to use my points and they said they didn't do that here, which is weird. I ordered my drink and two spinach wraps. And then after I payed he mumbled again and said I'm giving you a refund and I said what? He said it's going to be 20 minutes for the oven to heat up. Like why didn't they tell me that in the first place. So now it's a big deal because he doesn't know how to do a refund. Finally I got my money back and now I'm still waiting for my drink and they made it completely wrong. We just stormed out in rage from this place.
