I was sadly not fond of any of their gluten free treats like cookies or cheesecake. The employees are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of seating and good sound absorption, so it doesn't get too loud. The menu system is pretty confusing, though. There are some on the wall in chalk, some online, some on regular menus, some on flyers/papers, and in the display case. I love the options, but it can be difficult to know what all there is. Overall, this is a lovely cafe to which I plan on frequently returning.

The sole worker behind the counter always seems to be in a foul mood but I can never understand why because it's never busy (at least not that I've seen) and they're always out of something. Maybe I'm going at the wrong times of day but you wouldn't expect them to be out of muffins, milk, and half of all their donuts all at once let alone more than once but that has been my experience with them. The plus side is that the bathrooms are always clean and that's actually my main reason for ever giving them any business as I feel guilty for dirtying their clean bathrooms and then not buying anything. If you're a smoker then you'll probably like their coffee as most of the Tim's fans I know are or were at one point smokers and there are still rumours going around that they still use nicotine in their coffee despite claiming to stop this practice once it was exposed. As a non-smoker, I find their coffee gives me a splitting headache and I leave every time vowing never to drink it again. But then I have to pee and my guilt gets the better of me.
