It was my first trip to this location. My mom comes here all the time and raves how amazing everyone is. When we got there it was insanely busy (3/13/2021) around 11:30am. They were packed but everyone was so kind and patient. Baristas we're getting complaints, handling them all kindly and very well regardless of how rude customers were being. The manager offered refunds for ordered that were very delayed and was sincere with apologizing for the wait. The baristas were very on top of getting orders done as quickly as possible and HUSTLED. I could see if the store gets crowded how the employees could be overwhelmed as there was not a sense of urgency in their preparation of our drinks. Smaller Starbucks but does have 4 tables inside plus a couple of nice leather chairs and some outside seating. This is a great location to get your beverage on the go but with such a tight inside, makes it difficult to have business discussions or even space to work. I stopped at this Starbucks later in the day yesterday (Sunday 5/26). I ordered a Very Berry Hibiscus Trenta. Two people came in after me. One guy ordered 2 iced coffees and I don't know what the other person ordered. The girl working the register put the smaller cups on the counter behind her and my Trenta was the last cup to be put up there. I heart Starbucks..It's convenient ordering ahead on the App.The rewards system is actually rewarding, as it doesn't take a long time to get free products. While I like a lot of the food/drinks offered, my favorite drink is the caramel Frappuccino. I love the egg bites. Also, the sugar cookie is amazing.
