Popped in for my morning coffee at this location this morning. I've been ordering through the app, and it's worked great up until this morning when the message said "mobile ordering not available at this time". When I arrived, the drive through line was super busy and backed up with no where left to wait, so I opted to run inside to order instead of trying to go through the busy drive through line. Great experience inside the store. Quinn was the barista today, and she was fabulously efficient and slamming the orders out for both the drive-through and walk-in customers. Super friendly staff. Parking in front of the building is very limited, and if you make the right turn in front of the building to attempt to park in front, you'll find yourself forced to back up to get out of there if there are no empty spots: the drive-through exits right there in front of the store, making that a one-way exit only. read more

I love my morning routine of grabbing a coffee at this Starbucks location. The employees are always so sweet and they make an extra effort to prepare my uncommon drink correctly. I love the people that work at this location, they give me my early morning doses of sunshine and caffeine, and if I've ever had a problem, they were more than happy to quickly correct it. read more

This Starbucks is dreadful. It's clear nobody cares about cleanliness or customer service. When I entered there were 4 employees behind the counter, 3 seated patrons, no one waiting at the counter and 4-5 cars in the drive through. I went straight to the bathroom, which was dirty and the toilet paper holder appeared to be broken with a roll sitting on top. Came out and looked at the menu for a brief moment. One female employee who had been out front stocking came around the counter and obviously had no patience. Not a smile or greeting just "what can I get you?" I sat down to wait for my order, noticing how nasty dirty the floor and all the tables were. This was at 4:15pm when it was not busy yet fully staffed. I didn't want to touch anything. After about 5 minutes I thought "geez, it's taking a long time for a cold brew (oh, forgot to mention they were out of the cold brew I wanted), looked up and it was sitting on the counter. Nobody had called my name or attempted to alert me to the fact that it was ready. I will not return. read more

I visited this morning and encountered a rude drive through staffer , very uncommon at Starbucks in my experience. But I was willing to overlook it. Then we received breakfast sandwiches that were cold. We had to turn around and ask for hot ones. The ones they replaced were even colder! I went in (again) to ask for warm sandwiches and was told they were out! I demanded a refund but have never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks. Not an apology from one of them, and they all seemed dumbfounded that a customer might expect good service and food that was actually cooked through. This Starbucks truly, truly needs better management and better training for their employees. Whether you put in a mobile order, sit in the drive thru or enter the establishment, the wait time is always over 30 minutes. Today it was 50. For a poured cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Really large location with a ton of seating. Parking is set off to the side of the location with only handicap spots immediately in front. They do offer a drive thru if you're in a hurry. They share parking with a Mattress One store and are in front of the Publix. Staff was friendly and quick and my drink was made a ordered. The store itself was clean and had the usually merchandise selections, like mugs coffee grounds, pastries, etc. Overall: A Clean, quick and plenty of seating. read more

Got my birthday drink here, a brown sugar oat shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam. The cold foam was not salted caramel and wasn't thick and creamy at all. The espresso didn't taste like they used blond and it wasn't full. Go to the one in Harris Teeter~ they are awesome! read more

I went in to get a cup of coffee... There were four people in line it took over 15 minutes to order... After I ordered my cuppa coffee I waited another 15 minutes... I watched the staff meander around... After 15 minutes I begged them for my cup of coffee... But they were out of coffee... I left... This is a pretty standard Starbucks. The drive thru is pretty efficient. Inside seating is good. No need to worry about scrambling to find a place to sit! They have 2 handicap tables. There's a corner of 4 comfy armchairs if you're not doing work or here to just relax with friends. I like that they have a seated bar with outlets in it if none of the tables by the walls/outlets are available. There's also a good amount of tables and seating outside, perfect for our lovely Florida weather. Even though I live closer to the Yulee Starbucks, I prefer coming here because of all the table space. Bathrooms are clean here, too. read more

This was our third visit to this location. Jamie was the barista at the register. She was pleasant, took our order promptly but never asked for names or looked at name on gold card as most Starbucks do. She also never offered me my receipt / which often has wonderful goodies for your next visit on it. Jalena & Lydia was also on staff, as well as Ms. Ashely the GM. They all worked quickly but none of them smiled, or looked happy. We sat at the bar area for about 30 min as they worked just behind the bar to our left only a few feet away. Not once did any of them speak to us other than to take our order. Several other customers arrived and seemed to be treated the same. I was shocked and disappointed as other friends have had wonderful reviews of this location. I wondered what was off about the day .... It was an early Saturday afternoon, they didn't appear overly busy. It wasn't the usual fun Starbucks experience I am accustomed too ... I had the very best experiences at this Starbucks the last 2 days. It was perfect to interview candidates for an open position in the company I work for. And I REALLY appreciated the young lady who turned me on to the eggs and bacon in a cup!! First it was EXACTLY what I wanted without even knowing it existed!! Second it was hot and extremely delicious!!! I'm craving it now and I just had dinner!! Lol. The service is awesome and the people are all professional and sweet. Just want to say thank you! It seems like every time I come in here my drink isn't right. On the other hand, the Batista's are always extremely nice if not looking a little over worked. The thing I hate most about this Starbucks though? That stupid fence around the patio! Seriously, whoever thought it would be a great idea to force pedestrians to walk all the way around must not have thought that through. I understand they were probably trying to keep people from stepping right out in front of the drive thru, but the location of the parking lot still forces people to walk across the drive thru area and where cars come around the other direction. This could easily be rectified by creating a cross walk area and an opening in the fence far enough ahead to allow both pedestrians and drive thru customers to see each other. read more

Quick fast Starbucks. They actually have plenty of sitting space and plugs everywhere. They have a bar area near the barista stand and they have plugs over there. There are hightops and lowtops to sit at. The drinks are good as usual and the service is pretty swift. NO Drive thru though! read more

This is the only Starbucks I have ever been to that has run out of essential ingredients to make a drink... And it's happened the last 3 times I've been there, all with different drink requests. One time in was almost comical because we went through 3 different drink requests before we gave up and drove away because they were missing something for each of them. They've also gotten my drink order wrong on a couple occasions. I've never encountered this at other Starbucks I've encountered all across the country so I think they need to step it up a bit. read more

Why has Starbucks reduced the number of stars when purchasing a bag of coffee? Its now down to only 5 stars. At this rate it takes 25 purchases to get a free drink. Really?! I've been in here five times now (I now live on the Island) and have never been greeted warmly by the staff here. Not once. It's almost the total opposite of the D.C. Area (where they can at least fake it) and that I was so happy to get away from, where they always greeted you like they wanted your business. Maybe because they knew there was another Starbucks within walking distance. Here, not so much. Granted, I came here twice to have a previously purchased pound of coffee ground but the lack of a "service" experience is almost mystifying. While I haven't spent the time to just sit and watch - this has to be a management issue. Everyone else on the island loves it here. I'll give em one more go. After that, there are other places here on the island to get a cup of Joe. I will re-evaluate after I make another trip, unless the experience stays the same. In that case, so will this. read more

Drive thru people are rude, unfriendly and never give the right change. Always out of ingredients and drive thru is always over a 30 minute wait. Inexperienced kids and very rude. Always throw the credit card at me and make me pick up the drink from the table at the drive thru. VERY RUDE. At $5 a drink I expected to be treated nice. They laugh at customers and make fun.
