Neither one was overpowering, rather they worked beautifully in unison. This is a very chill, casual spot and the employees are incredibly friendly and have great recommendations. J., delivered our food himself (possibly because Martin rewards him with a pint of IPA when he does) J.J. hung out with us while we enjoyed our delicious food and shared some of the history of his cafe.
