Tis' the season for pumpkin spice!! I normally treat myself one every year on my birthday but I just couldn't wait for it! So I went through the drive thru and ordered my beloved PS Frappuccino. The line was fast and came with friendly service! My Frappuccino was amazing as always, perfect taste of fall flavor and that special sprinkle of cinnamon dashed on top of whipped cream :) This was a nice experience that will bring me back real soon! read more

Constant 10-15 min wait on our drinks. Some members of the team are extremely slow and show no enthusiasm in wanting to get orders out at an appropriate time. Others, are working hard trying to make up for the others that don't preform to the expectations they should be held to. They should get some team members from other stores to help bring this one back up to where it's been in previous years. Not much of an issue during early morning hours but late morning, afternoon, and evening hours is an extreme struggle area for this store. Well we drive here most mornings and spend our hard earned money but.... Looks like a 1 Star review for this particular Starbucks.... Starbucks Starbucks Starbucks....Excuse our English but "ain't no way"! Sunday morning and we decided to take a walk because y'all our gym is closed. Since we walked a long way we decided to stop by Starbucks for a refresher. We get there and the man (assuming manager) says we can't order through the drive through because it's a hazard. Don't get me wrong I can see that but when he says we can't even have our order through the mobile app is when I got a little bothered. I said, "sir I'm not asking to come in I will get my order through the drive through" he looks at us and says "no". Did I mention we come to this Starbucks every morning. We've seen teenagers walk through the drive thru as a "joke" and get serviced. The morning crew who works during the weekday knows me. We really enjoyed our mornings at this Starbucks but never again... Ughhh And they say this is America's favorite place for coffee.... Chick-fil-A would never. What's crazy to me is the fact that during this Coronavirus time, you wouldn't have a secondary way other than the drive thru for people to order. Like most other establishments have made ways. Hell, even cookout in Greer just built a window on the building due to everything going on. So there's no excuses. We won't be ordering at this one again. read more

I've been here in the afternoons and early mornings. The folks are nice friendly. It gets busy like any other Starbucks. It gets dirty like any other. But it gets worked out. I had coffee that on the first sip obviously tasted burnt. They were glad to replace the cup with a one from freshly brewed coffee they were working on. read more

Personally I think that this Starbucks is one of the best in the Greenville area. There is plenty of parking around the store, even on the busy days. The store itself is in my opinion larger than others. There are multiple table, one large table, and about 6 leather chairs to choose from. It has high ceilings with windows at the top to allow more lighting in, thus creating a seemingly bigger space. As to the service and staff, it seems like they are always happy and are joking around with customers and each other. They are always happy to help and answer any questions and the service is usually pretty quick because they are almost always over-staffed. read more

If this wasn't the only Starbucks nearby I wouldn't ever go to it again. Numerous times I have gotten "sorry we are out of that" Whether it be honey, heavy whipping cream, white choc mocha, cake pops, sandwiches, Venti cups.... etc! They have been out of all of those while I went threw! Seriously who manages this store!!? Also my AVERAGE wait time is 15 mins in the drive through....... I've waited 20 minutes multiple times!? I have literally been in the drive thru line for 30 minutes!!!! If I hadn't promised my child a cake pop then I'd have been gone. This happens EVERY time I come to this Starbucks. The service takes forever and the product and employees' personalities certainly don't make the wait worth it. Tey act like we shoukd be thanking them for taking our money. They're always out of products, whether it's a drink or pastry. I'm not sure that I've ever written a review , but this is so bad I had to. Maybe they're under staffed? I don't know. This Starbucks location has always been a bit weird and funky. The employees seem ok, not rude or anything. The drink quality doesn't seem up to par with other Starbucks. Coffees seem to lack bite. The atmosphere is ok, a bit hollow looking inside though. A lot of damn squatters taking up space. It's very annoying. Also, this Starbucks gets a lot of "riff raff". Overview: This Starbucks' best quality is its location. This establishment is really one of the lesser in the franchise. The building is very nice and clean as well as the bathrooms, but the service leaves something to be desired. The employees are fine, but they are very slow, especially if you are in the lobby. Automobiles definitely have priority here. On my last visit, I ordered my drink and waited over 10 minutes. When I finally received it, it was incorrect. I asked for them to fix it, and after they gave about 5 cars their drinks, I ran out of time and had to leave. The next day I came and ordered the same drink they got it right, but it tasted strange. read more

The wait time here is ridiculous. Many times I end up bypassing it and going for gas station coffee. I love Starbucks but 20 min in a drive thru line with only 3 other cars in it is too much! I came in on a busy Sunday afternoon and the baristas were killing it! Had to wait a little longer than normal, but that's honestly not a bad thing because the baristas were working hard and mega focused on their jobs. Purchased three Frappuccino's all with no whip and got two with whip and one without and the they forgot to ad vanilla to the two that came with whip so they didn't taste bery good at all. read more

Starbucks Coffee is pretty much the same wherever one goes, and as far as I can tell, it's the best out there. Still, this store in little ol' Greer makes the absolute best Mocha Frappuccinos in the USA because the employees run the ice through the blender twice to eliminate all those unpleasant ice chunks. drive-thru worthy ONLY this store caters primarily to people in their autos. food products are rushed to the counter while any barista drinks - you've got to ask for and might get. When I finally learned the magic trick of being required to wait and finally ask for your drink I was told 'another barista will make your drink' after the barista handed the prior customer hers when she asked AND she ordered several people AFTER me. I almost walked out and let this horribly managed franchise keep my $4.48 but I did ask the manager for a credit. At the end of the transaction, guess whose drink appeared? Y'all can keep it. It really bothers me when I spend money on oatmeal, probably the easiest thing in the world to get correct, and this morning I open it up to find something inedible. There was a bit of a wait tonight; longer than usual, but my experience was well-worth the wait. Jon was VERY friendly and super helpful. I had a discrepancy with my Rewards Stars which rendered me unable to claim my Lucky Dozen yesterday, but he righted my wrong which really made my night. I've visited this Starbucks a half-dozen times or so in the last few months. I previously lived in NC and had access to three different Starbucks in a five mile radius. I also travel a fair bit and have gone to many Starbucks throughout the US. This particular 'bucks seems to be very poorly managed all around. Every single time I have gone the service is extremely slow both inside and particularly in the drive-thru. That is even the case when there is little to no one placing orders inside and when no one is in front of me in the drive-thru. To add insult to injury, I have almost always gotten a wrong drink with my order. One time I was lucky enough that the window runner caught a mistake and I got a free strawberry shortcake frap for it. They also are quite stingy with their refresher mix. I have only ever had one other Starbucks force me to get water in my refresher and that was a kiosk inside a Harris Teeter. I've never been questioned for it at any other store and one barista is recommended that I get a no water cool lime refresher. Don't go asking for that here because you'll get half a cup of refresher mix. Then today my spouse order a salted caramel frap and a salted caramel mocha. Guess who didn't get salt or toffee nut syrup in their frap? She said its her last time going to this Starbucks. The one down Wade Hampton in the Target will now be swiping her Starbucks card more often. read more

The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Starbucks quality controls are in place. Why only 3 stars? The drive thru is DOWN a lot. I have a long commute each morning, and having to come in is not in the time allotment. This MUST improve or I will slide by DD instead. read more

Would rather drive all the way to cherrydale than go to this Starbucks! The wait is ALWAYS so long even when the place is empty & it's dirty inside. Service has become unbearably slow over the past month, and I have been served two totally incorrect drinks this week.

I go here often because it is close but it is definitely not my favorite. There are times I would like to go to read or relax but this is by far the last place to go. The music is much louder than other Starbucks that I go to and it seems to be the "hangout" place for the younger crowd (and I am in my late twenties) in the evenings.They get my order right most of the time with a few exceptions and the staff here are very friendly but the atmosphere here is not what I look for in a typical coffee shop. read more
