Ordered a small mocha coffee, inside the store, at about 7:10 AM Sat June 21, 2025. Waited 5 minutes and it still hadn't shown up. So I asked about it and the young woman behind the counter said, rather curtly, that it would be up soon. Another 5 minutes and still no show, so I asked another person, there and she said the same thing. 5 more minutes, still no mocha and I asked the woman who took my order and she said that it is being made up now, but 2 more minutes go by before it finally showed. It seems to me that the folks who place their orders from their cars get priority treatment....which just is not right. The orders should be worked on immediately after being received, regardless of who or where they are placed. read more

First time at this new location today! I placed my order through the app so I did it about 10 minutes in advance just to make sure it was ready. Walking in I was welcomed by an incredible view of the coffee shop. The way this shop was put together was beautiful. The bathroom was also extremely clean. Now for the wait. In total, I waited 10 minutes while I was driving to the location, and then another 10 while I was inside waiting. There were a lot of workers but for some reason, it was very slow. The two baristas that I had encounters with were extremely kind. One of the girls had to deal with an angry customer and was so kind to their face and wasn't even annoyed as she turned away. These employees are vert friendly. I understand it can get busy, and it's a new location. So that is why I gave it 4 stars because the atmosphere was great, just long wait times. read more

Friendly employee however slow service. Line of cars is always long and will create havoc with Walmart and other business customers. When they get employees who work efficiently and can stream line the ordering process like the hhds Dunkin' donut owners were able to do, this star bucks Will be more enticing to patronize! read more

I don't get the horrible reviews, but to each their own.. I think that's the saying?? The lines are long because this is literally the only Starbucks here, so yes, it'll take time to make the drinks. I clearly think that the employees deserve more credit. If you want them to be faster, your drink will not be as expected. If you want the drink to be good, and your money well spent, be patient. Yes it takes time to make the drinks, but they are always delicious.I have no complaints about the Starbucks. Everyone is so kind, the drinks are great, the food is good, and I've never had any trouble. I know someone complained about the employees not following Covid policies, but I disagree -- They always have masks on and they wash their hands every 30 minutes. I'm at the Starbucks every day, probably eight hours a day, and I have yet to see a reason to complain. read more

A place for coffee that didn't even brew coffee, at least on the day that I was here. Preordered a dark roast with a shot of espresso on the app about 5 min before I got here, Walked over while on my 30 minute break and stood inside for 25 minutes. One of the employees addressed me a couple times but still no coffee. I walked out without coffee!! Thanks for ruining my 30 minutes that I was expecting to enjoy a cup of coffee. read more

Saw the reviews about this location being the "slowest" but was more interested in it being described as the "friendliest." Well, wife and I came here specifically during a trip to CMOG and can attest that it is friendly AND fast, even when we ordered inside and there was a line at the drive-through! read more

I had to visit this Starbucks twice; both times I was pulled into a swirl of buttery pistachio goodness. My mom got the pistachio cream cold brew. I got the iced pistachio latte. The first time they gave me the most delicious whipped cream- light, airy, and with buttery brown sugar granules sprinkled on top. Decadent! 10/10 would go a third time. Don't go to this location the staff "jackie" is incredibly rude, and you will wait over 15 mins for two coffees if you go in to order and sometimes 30 mins if your in the drive thru. This location does not embody what other Starbucks have worked so hard to develop. read more

i don't usually leave bad reviews but i got two things for my pick up order, and they forgot my cake pop. which is a simple thing and doesn't require any making. i called and asked what they could do because there's no way i'm driving 15 minutes for a cake pop. they said there was nothing they could do except give me the cake pop next time i come. now, i work in fast food. i know how this works, i should have been refunded and should have been offered another cake pop. i even asked, but they said they can't refund and they could only give me the item? unfortunate. terrible customer service voice as well. worker was giving me so much attitude and being very rude read more
