I imagine this would not be the case if there were 2 windows, one for ordering, the other for pickup, but here the orders are taken by folks on foot. So my 5 dollar mocha became 6, and I was a walk up, not in a vehicle. The order takers are are often easy on the eyes, which I suspect is part of the appeal, but other times it is a sausage festival.
