Slow. THEY TAKE FOREVER. Every time I'm in TX I am in this area. I go to this Starbucks due to location, it right off of the Highway. It took for ever to get my order.. prob about 15min waiting. They don't apologize or care. I only added a star because they always make the drink exactly how I ordered it. They were yummy. GET YOU ACT TOGETHER... it should take that long.. or at least apologize or tell us! Keep making the drinks the same. read more

This Starbucks is a great Starbucks. It's one of the many local ones to where we live. It isn't anything special, other than good costumer service, but I don't think it stands out compared to other Starbucks. Because of its location, I tend to avoid this Starbucks when I can due to its heavy traffic areas. This is especially true near the Holdiay season until about two weeks after January, when most of everyone has returned to their normal schedules. There are other Starbucks nearby within a 5 minute drive of here that are less packed and equally amazing. The outside seating area is comfortable and somewhat shaded, but not much. What's distracting of sitting outside is that you have to deal with expressway traffic and honking, so it's generally not pleasant to be outside, especially in Texas heat. If you come here often, predownload the app and earn yourself free drinks or food items. read more

They always forget the whip cream. Really makes me sad because I waited in a long line just to get the wrong order and there's no time to go through the line again. This ruins the awesome Starbucks experience you're supposed to have. I'm a veteran and been to starbucks all over the world and can honestly say this was the worst tasting one. So bitter. How do you rate Starbucks? They are the most consistent tasting of most coffee companies. This location is nice and my coffee was hot, can't give it a lot stars though because they are honestly really slow. Don't come here early mornings of you are in a rush. read more

Asked for my coffee to be shaken because with all the pumps of syrup I get, it just taste better. When I got my drink, you can see all my syrup still on the bottom so I asked if it was shaken, the girl gave me a rude look like I'm stupid and said yes. Of course knowing that I have been drinking this drink for years that it did not look right. Which resulted to it being gross I didn't even finish it. Also, waited for the restroom and an employee came out from using the restroom. Then when I got in, the seat was completely off. Was unattached. You think for being an employee you'd fix it or close the restroom until fixed, but what do you expect from lazy ass employees. I have given this place so many chances and they keep messing up my orders. Today I ordered 3 drinks on the app and got a cappuccino instead of a cold brew... And this kind of mistake happens in almost every mobile order. I don't complain in person because I'm not a Karen and I understand they might be too stressed, but still I would expect more from Starbucks employees. Enjoyed my late night coffee and a warm lemons cake. The establishment was clean and the service was great. There weren't too many people so it was an enjoyable experience. Other locations are overcrowded making it hard to get a seat. Will be back again!!! read more

We've all been to a Starbucks before, but when I needed it most this one let me down. Not to offend anyone but I've never seen a Starbucks where they have numbered stations to tell the "barristas" what to do. That and the fact that I was accosted from the drive through to the parking lot by a crazy man that the people inside told me they "had an order against" and I don't think they meant coffee. To be honest my coffee was ok so no complaints about the actual product just the location. read more

Starbucks recently remodeled this location and it's not too shabby. It's still death to get in and out of and the clientele is questionable on multiple levels, but its new and clean and the more modern layout is nice. There are now more booths and smaller tables so it seems to accommodate more people than before. This location is always jam packed though so I wouldn't recommend it for working or studying (try the Jackson or Sharyland locations). I am disappointed today, I grabbed my latte this morning and left, being in the drive thru one tends to do that. I should have tried my coffee, just taste wrong. Not sure if the milk they used was old not sure. The wrap I got had a large hole on its side. Been here before always been solid, no today. I'll try again tomorrow, hope it will be better read more

The baristas are pretty friendly and they have a nice outside seating area which could stand to be cleaned more often.

Terrible service. When I asked if they had ketchup packets for my breakfast sandwich the guy said, "We don't have ketchup. This is a coffee shop.". Later I went to wash my hands and they were out of paper towels in the men's and women's bathroom. I asked a different staff person if they had more. She said they had napkins in the front. Apparently at the Starbucks at this location they consider it sanitary for people from the bathroom AND people getting their food to acquire their napkins from the same place. Disgusting. read more

Asked for egg and cheese sandwich. Was told it was the last one. Then after I had paid was told she dropped it on the floor. Asked to have something else without meat. was given a sausage and cheese sandwich. Had to return yet again to counter to get it paid for. Very disorganized, overflowing trash cans, filthy tables inside and out. read more

Love this Starbucks. Bypass the drive through and go inside, the employees are very friendly.
