I am 5 months pregnant and have been getting organic, decaf, whole beans from here to use in my espresso machine at home during my pregnancy. I ran out a few weeks ago and there weren't decaf beans in-store for sale for a while. I reached out over social media on a whim to ask the owners if they knew when they'd get more decaf beans in and they responded within a minute to tell me that they'd have beans there, set aside specially for me, by that afternoon. Even asked what roast I preferred. They roasted them that morning and had them in the store for me to pick up by noon. I cannot overstate how touched my husband and I were at their genuine kindness, caring for community, and customer service. Talk about going above and beyond!

When I walked inside, I noticed the darker, coffee-like colors of the walls, and the descriptive mural. Above the coffee-crafting area, a helpful visual describing the various espresso drinks were drawn around the outline of a goat (lucky to be surrounded by espresso, I suppose). I was greeted by the helpful and pleasant staff. When I asked about the nitro cold brew, to help my decision, they poured a bit into a tasting cup for me. I chose the 16 ounce size to power me home. Other non-espresso and cold brew drinks are available: coffee, teas, matcha, lemonade, and hot chocolate (!). Although food might be also available, I didn't notice. During my short time inside, a pleasant playlist provided the music. The place is narrow and seating looks to be enough to sit for a spell to enjoy beverages with a friend.

They're located close to the First Baptist Church of Merritt Island (FBCMI) just off of S Courtenay in a parking lot across from CVS. Both cups of Joe (and sips of my wife's too) have been very good. We haven't ventured off the beaten, by which I mean that we've ordered one of their specials each time. Overall, I liked 3 of the 4 cups very much and the other was just so-so for my taste. Solid 4 star start. They have a decent-sized selection and their options seemed to have either religious or local theming. If that worries you, no one was pushing religion or local shops - it's just a neat tidbit for you when you read the titles. Unsure of the hours, but they do seem to be closed on Sunday (makes sense when you think about those names, huh?), so we typically only catch this place on our other off days from work. The parking lot there has enough room to accommodate a few cars and they've always gotten the coffee out to us in a respectable amount of time.
