This is literally the absolute slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It consistently takes me 10/15 minutes to get one beverage. There isn't an excuse for things to move this slow. The staff is very nice, hence the 3 stars. read more

I go to this Starbucks daily. More often than not, twice daily. Best Starbucks I've ever been to and the girls there are sweethearts!!!!! Nancy is the absolute BEST!!! Sometimes she will even write little notes on your cups. It makes it personal and it always brightens my days to see them. read more

This Starbucks experience was so bad. They messed up all of our orders and the lady at the cash register was so rude. We ordered a bagel and she said "I can't tell what bagel you want just by pointing at a bagel". No "which one would you like?" I ordered a spinach and feta wrap and got a tasteless steak wrap that was worse than airplane food. It was the worst tasting thing I have eaten at any fast food place in 10 years. I couldn't get anyone else to eat it in my group so I threw it away. We ordered a chocolate chip frappe and got a green tea drink and had to send it back. The table was dirty and there were no utensils to spread cream cheese on a bagel. My drink and a wrap were $10 and change. Way too much for what you get. My sister's drink was so bad she couldn't drink it. Go to the Starbucks in Target instead or just skip the overpriced place anyway. read more

I go to Starbucks everyday so I see lots of them in my travels. This Starbucks is by far one of the best. Besides dealing with excessive volume during the summer the employees always great everyone with a friendly smile and go above and beyond to make the experience the best! read more

I visited this location today, and despite how not-busy they were at the time I ordered, I inquired on ingredients of a syrup used in a drink due to food allergies. What appeared to be the manager, responded that she had no idea and knowing would require her to look at the label and read ALL of the ingredients. Call me crazy, but customer service should be at the fore front of decision making and being a company that's all about coffee and all about giving the customer exactly what they want, I find the mannerisms of the staff to be quite concerning. read more

Staff was friendly. The store was pretty busy today and appeared to be clean and stocked. They did not get my drink right the first time. No big deal they did make it right. Service was pretty slow. Main complaint today. The flies, I sat by the window and there was a plague of flies and they were beyond annoying. I wasn't the only customer swatting them away. read more

They don't understand what light ice means. I spend over $1,500 a year at Starbucks. I come to the lake and have been to this Starbucks in Osage Beach almost every day for a week. Every time I ask for light ice in my trenta ice coffee I get a cup that is almost full of ice. I complained twice about it and was offered 10 cents off a refill. At least half the servers (6) have been really rude and act like they are at a job they hate. read more

Extremely upset with this location. My husband and I were on a long trip and had mapped out way to this Starbucks for a quick pick me up. According to the door and the website this location doesn't close till 10pm. So when we pulled in at 9:40pm and the location was closed we were disappointed. There was no signage explaining an early close time or an apology to customers. This is unprofessional to say the least. Management here should seriously re-evaluate their customer service standards. read more

Only been here once. They were busy. Waited over 20 minutes for a bacon Gouda sandwich. I get it they were busy, but they didn't handle it well at all. They should come up with a better system to handle the busy times. Very happy that this is not my normal Starbucks. read more
