I placed a mobile order for pickup. When I arrived to the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged. I checked the pickup area for my order which was not there. I waited 10 minutes before any of the employees acknowledged me to ask what the name was on my order. Once I was finally able to tell an employee the name on the order, she walked off and continued making other drinks that were not mine. She came back five minutes later asking for the name again then said "Well I think I already made that one," then proceeded to walk off and grab it from behind the counter. This all could have been avoided if the order had been placed in the pickup area after it was made or if she had asked my name and looked for it when I arrived. I usually never do yelp reviews but I literally downloaded yelp to make sure people know how disgusting this place is...The lady that took my order, very sweet, but she told me they were out of venti cups..? Yet I saw them use venti cups to makes orders...? Idk but when I got my matcha, it was worse thing ever. I did a mobile order for a drink and 2 food items. I got my drink fast but my food took basically an hour. The app told me it would be ready in 13 minutes. I watched the worker who was doing the food skip my order over and over again and after almost 50 minutes of waiting i said something and i was told its actually been 40 minutes and ur not being skipped when i clearly saw i was and the drive through line was moving perfectly fine aswell. I also heard other people in the store complaining saying they wanted a refund because they had waited a long time too. It is ridiculous to wait for food for an hour that is literally pre cooked. I also don't appreciate stressing my concern to a worker and getting attitude back from them. The coffee is good. The atmosphere is very nice and this is a pristine Starbucks. Also, this Starbucks has the Clover coffee machine. Which is a high end vacuum coffee maker that extracts pure coffee and is truly one of kind. It is brewed by the cup and you can get any sort of coffee bean you want. Really worth a try. read more

I've had good experiences at the drive through at this location, but went inside to order for the first time today and was disappointed. I'm used to hearing relaxing tunes when I enter a coffeehouse but the radio was not even noticeable. Most importantly, though, the barista left no room for milk in my coffee (and I don't mean extra room, I mean no room at all), making the cup over-full and in danger of sloshing coffee into my car. Even if the barista had left room for milk, however, the only option for me in store was half and half - there was no reduced fat or nonfat option for customers to add to their drinks, or even whole milk. When I pay a premium for coffee, I expect the same abundance of options for DIY add-ins that I get at less expensive coffeehouses. read more
