I stop by for breakfast after dropping children off at the central kitsap megatropolis lol. i ordered at the stoplight bucklin hill and Silverdale Way, literally across the street. After the light change and parking. My sandwich was ready and they were just putting finishing touches on my drink. This is how it should be, woo hoo. I wish all starbucks were like this!!! I've been to this Starbucks multiple times. I always make sure to order online for pick up. I have used the curbside pickup and they are always fast and friendly. The only down side is the parking lot itself isn't well planned out. Lots of cars coming and going and very tight spot. That's not Starbucks fault. Anyhow, I have also ordered for pick up and had no problem driving up and picking up also. KATIE makes my early mornings so bearable before work. She answers my questions about drinks and always has my drink ready to go. Thank you! Never had an issue here. read more

I have been to Starbucks all over the US. I go to Starbucks daily... I currently live in Dublin, ca .. But am from Washington... I always get a latte and a venti ice water... It is never an issue and I always tip atleast 2 dollars for the ice water since they don't charge for it... I asked for it at this location and the girl told me no they were low on Venti cups... So I said can I get a trenta??? (I tell myself I can get two coffees a day if I drink the water)... She asked her supervisor who told her no... But they could do two grandes?? Really?... Trenta cups are the least used... And I wouldn't even mind paying for the iced water... ONLY Starbucks I've ever been to who tells me they can't give you a cup of water over 16 oz. there was no line behind me. It is not the customers fault there isn't an option to pay for it The girl said she gets in trouble for giving any other size out... Sure I get it. It's a cost. I was a barista we used to charge a dollar for an iced water. It however isn't the customers fault Starbucks doesn't have anything set up for larger iced waters Never had an issue with this. Ever. And then they also forgot the vanilla in my latte Even tho the cup tag says... I won't be back. I'm glad I don't live here but I'll make sure to tell my family who does. I doubt Yelp is big in this area.. So when I told the girl I've never had an issue and to tell her supervisor welllllll I'm going to Yelp my disappointments who knows if it matters... Friendly staff, fast, often staff will and have fixed my drinks from other local SB, they don't argue with you and can make any drink you want, happen! The staff also have an upbeat genuine attitude, not over the top with small talk or phony, they are just good people! This Starbucks is always busy however, 90% of the time the lines move quickly, however, if there is an error they are going to take the time to fix it, and they will offer you the same treatment if needed, so be patient. Oh, and those of you who cant look up from your cell phone, PLEASE STAY OFF IT WHILE IN THE LINE, or at least move forward and I mean pull up all the way, I promise you, the 1 car length away rule, from the person in front of you--does not apply in a Starbucks line (and if I'm behind you I will lay on the horn!!! ;) Now go enjoy yourself a cold brew! read more

I frequent this location a lot. The drive thru lines are often long, anticipate about 20 minutes to get through.The baristas are always friendly and accommodating. Sometimes, I forget to ask for a cup of water along with my order, so when I get to the window and ask for one-they never complain. I always order a decaf ice-vanilla latte but it never taste the same when different baristas make it. Usually it tastes bitter and flavorless because they'd forget to make it decaf & forget to add vanilla. But the baristas are always open to fix it. However, this location is convenient and clean. I enjoy the water views in the summer, especially waiting in the long drive thru line. read more

So my husband & I stopped by Starbucks today. I grabbed my usual favorite - a spiced chai latte and he ordered a a sweetened iced coffee. When we pulled up to get it, he tasted it and decided it wasn't sweet enough. So instead of being passive agressive, like some folks who leave reviews, he simply asked for a bit more sweetener. Now here's the HERO of the story! The employee at the window whose name was RUDY was so great! He was so friendly. He kindly added two more pumps and was generally just so jolly and friendly. I went through the DT and ordered my favorite mocha cookie crumble. I always get this drink because this is my favorite and because of the cookie crumbles in it and the whipped cream, cookie crumble and chocolate syrup at the bottom. Yea i know whats in it. But guess what, this drink doesnt have any of em!!! I understand that the person who made this was on training but maaan, even the trainer doesnt even know how to make it!!! We are on a trip to visit family on Thanksgiving and needed a place for lunch and all we could find was this place so we thought we would try it. I had the Salami and cheese meal. I have eaten many types of Salami - most are great - here you could eat the photo and it would have more taste - note they said it was from Italy. Cheese about the same. The Almond Croissant was dry croissant with no almond paste - both of us agreed Turkey sandwichwas OK but nothing special. I'm from California I'm visiting my son before he goes out on deployment I thought I would stop by and grab me a frappuccino. This is the new location in Silverdale with a drive-thru. I was a regular at the old location near Albertson's. Yes, the coffee is the same Starbucks as anywhere else, and my 3 star rating has nothing to do with the quality. There are plenty of Starbucks haters out there - I am not one of them. It tastes fine to me. No, this rating is more about the quality of service and overall experience since the move. Most of the employees from the earlier location moved with the store. I used to go in, they would recognize me and I seldom had to say what I wanted. Now their business is much higher volume, especially when you add the drive-thru in. The employees seem less inclined to get to know the customer and the whole experience seems impersonal. And the parking lot is a study in chaos. I am not sure what the planners were thinking when they put this location together, but the parking alone is enough to make me avoid this location. So I will find a new store, probably the smaller store down the street. I wish the new location success, and based on what I have experienced so far, they don't need my business. read more

First off I wanna say I regularly go to this Starbucks and have nothing but good things to say but today hit a little different. I get the same thing every time- a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream. I was shocked when I was charged 1.25 for extra cream. I let it go and was ready to pay what they asked even tipped but was greeted by a grumpy employee named David. I was confused because everyone there is super pleasant but he was not. He took my payment and walked away with his arms crossed. No niceties. After he handed me my drink he walked away again. My drink was wrong. I realized I was charged for cold foam (probably why he was annoyed because it is an annoying addition to a drink) but I wasn't even given an opportunity to correct him because he wasn't there. I'd be willing to overlook all of this if I had come at a busy time but we were the only car in the drive thru. read more

Very slow staff and didn't provide the items ordered. I ordered a latte and a donut. They forgot what I ordered. Waited over 15 minutes until I said something or I would still be there. They finally delivered the latte and didn't have the food item ordered. I left and will never return. read more

This place is conveniently located and super busy! They seem to run out of a variety of ingredients very regularly. There are many times I have ordered three very different items and they are missing components of each one. Rendering them unable to earn my business. Then I have to search out a different location. Their parking lot is a mess,no matter what time you go. There is absolutely no room for the delivery guy, and he is always getting verbally assaulted by patrons. This is Washington, people are very serious about there coffee. There service is a bit slow after you order, but they're almost always swamped. Also it's hard to find a seat because people just hang in there and use the internet and give interviews. read more

Normally, I love this Starbucks! They are normally fast, polite and never mess up my order. Unfortunately my experience today was not a good one:( drive thru around 7:30, not busy at all, but the girl messed up my order, I'm guessing she was new. Then she shorted me on my change. So it took triple the time to get my coffee compared to every other day! Then to seal the deal, my order was/is still wrong. :( By the time I realized the mistake, I was on bucklin hill and didn't want to take the extra hassle to turn around. Super disappointed that my extra Carmel drizzle(that I paid for) was not there:(my coffee tonight was not the same sweet delicious coffee order that I had wanted.. This used to be my favorite spot because it's convenient. It seems like they have a hard time getting order right in the morning, because I'm frequently getting my drink in the wrong size. I've also had a few incidents where the barista that takes my order forgets to put "Almond Milk" on my drink and I stress it every time I go, but recently it hasn't been getting put in my drink even when it's on the cup. I believe that's a strong legal issue allergy wise. read more

Not your usual Starbucks. This is top shelf. Offers unique coffees not found in other locations, as well as wine and beer. I see complaints about service, but in my three visits I have nothing to complain about. In fact, I found the service to be above average. Very knowledgeable barista who was patient with me as I explored every possible menu option. Had the clover-brewed Timor Peaberry. Delicious. The only drawback is that a) it's Starbucks b) the patio is noisy and the drive thru speaker is several decibels above inconspicuous. You'll hear every order placed if you sit outside. On 6/11/19 I went through the drive through to get a strawberry acai refresher. When I received it I realized it was much different than I am used to, so I went inside to see if I could maybe have it remade. And this team went above and beyond to help me out and get it right. The juice was different than I was used to so they ended making me a different refresher. They were so kind and understanding through the whole ordeal, 5/5! read more

Disappointed in the service at this new Starbucks location. I ordered my usual favorite tall drip with my usual request to have Sweet N' Low put in my cup. Instead of being glad to do so, the cashier snapped, Sweet N' Low is right over there at the condiment bar, implying that I go get it myself. Now if I had been at the drive thru, they would've happily put Sweet N' Low in the cup without question. What happened was just pure laziness. Very disappointed. read more

Only Starbucks in the bremerton/silverdale area open late, which is great for the night owl studyer. PLUS! They offer Starbucks Nights here now (serves beer and wine and small dishes other than pastries). I've only been here twice, but each time, the barista greeted me like I was old friend, super attentive, making suggestions, and overall just made each time a great experience. They also have a happy hour! 4-7pm, $5 wine and $4 craft beers. Tonight, I tried an IPA with a shot of espresso. Pretty fantastic, to say the least... taste like an Irish car bomb. This Starbucks has allowed me to greatly enhance my study experience. Two thumbs up! read more

This location has the most energetic and amazing people I have ever met. Starbucks should be extremely proud to have each and everyone of these employees representing the brand and selling their product. After extremely long shifts working on a nearby construction project for 14 months they were the group that put a smile on my face every morning and after shift on my way home at night. I'm saddened that this will be my final chai tea from this location as I am moving on to another project closer to home. Thank you for making my temp stay in your city feel like home. read more

Not impressed at all with this location. I have never had bad service at a Starbucks. The drive-thru at this location now has given me poor service twice in a row. The first time when I had to ask for a straw three times to a less than attentive worker and my coffee was luke warm, I thought it was a fluke. This time, I asked to have my gold card recharged. I was then abruptly handed my coffee and my bakery items along with my receipts and when I asked for my gold card back, the guy told me that I handled my transaction myself. When I tried to explain that it was my Starbucks gold card, he was short with me and said "you handled your transaction by putting your chipped card in the reader and I already gave you your card back". I finally realized he had wrapped all of my receipts around my card so I didn't even realize he gave it back. In the flurry of all the items coming through the window, it would have been nice if he had said "and here's your Starbucks card back all loaded for you" rather than making me guess where it was. The lack of customer service skills at this location is astounding. I will drive a little further and start using the other Starbucks down the road. read more
