I've been holding off going here since it opened because of the craziness with the lines more so because I had already tried them years ago in Oregon. I thought they were incredibly overly sweetened and didn't care for their drinks. My husband wanted to stop by here in the drive-thru, Even though they had two lanes there still wasn't enough room to pull out if we had changed our mind or for anybody who was parked in the front. if you're going to park I would advise parking on the back side so you can get out easier. The chai breve that we got tasted like lightly flavored milk barely tasted like chai. When I asked if the kids drink came in a reusable cup they said yes. We were very disappointed when we got the cup as it isn't exactly reusable so we'll see how many times it can be reused. Was this something that they phased out? Maybe others will like the coffee here, as a coffee snot we won't be back here again. read more

I'm still trying to figure out what the primary appeal is for the Dutch Brothers craze. Needless to say against my better judgement I sat in line for an hour on opening day with my 16 year old sister in law who was all about it and we brought my sweet pup too for her first pupichino which was free! With an endless menu and thousands of syrup combinations you do not have to be a coffee drinker to find something loaded with sugar that you'll enjoy. I normally do a vanilla chai latte so I opted to try a blended Golden Eagle chai that comes slathered in caramel drizzle and got hubs a Dream Weaver freeze both were really good but at 99% sugar....duh. The 3 drive thru lanes are sure to be incredibly popular and I'm glad to see this space revitalized instead of being another abandoned building on that section of Wheaton Way. The coffee isn't very good. There is usually an employee that is waiting outside in the drive thru to take your order and move the line faster. That employee has stopped cars in the entrance of the parking lot twice and made us wait in the street to turn into the parking lot. We ended up blocking the street and blocking traffic when there was plenty of room for both vehicles to fit into the drive thru lane. The whole set up of this place is stupidly inconvenient . Stopped here on the Grand Opening day which was 12-29-19!! It was busy busy busy. There were traffic on both intersection. Of course, I park my car around the local neighbor and walks there. Using my brain instead of some people just wanna sit in their car and not move a inch lol. For there grand opening all their drinks are $3 any size/drinks. Not to mention free stickers as well! That is a big bonus, we went inside and got our order, it was a little busy. We managed to get our drink pretty fast. Less than 15 minutes. Overall, great service, tasty drinks. I feel like 90% of the time I go through and there's a semi long line, no matter what line I pick, I'll have 2-4 cars who pull in after/behind me who will get their order taken before me and essentially cut me in line. Dutch Bros is a new coffee shop that recently opened its doors in East Bremerton, a city that was hit hard by the 2007/8 recession; and only recently has started to bounce back. So, here comes Dutch Bros, and everyone is going gaga because they had the audacity to open a new store in Bremerton. So, my gf and I went there Saturday night to sample their coffee, and of course, when I go to the coffee shop, I usually have to go wiz. Well, to my surprise, the bathrooms are unisex so anyone can use them. But to my dismay, I discovered that they installed a hand-pumped, paper-towel dispenser. Now wait a minute! Didn't these guys just spend tens of thousands of dollars to renovate the place and make it look all new and shiny? But, they didn't want to spend the extra $200 to buy two hands-free motion-sensitive paper-towel dispensers??? Now we know - statistically speaking- about 20% of the people (John and Jane Q. Pubic) don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. Another 20-30% don't wash their hands properly, so when they touch the hand-pumped, paper-towel dispenser, after taking care of their business.... Do you follow what I'm saying??? Oh by the way, the employees also use those same bathrooms with the same hand-pumped paper-towel dispensers that others have touched after using the bathroom; and then they are handing you your coffee??? YUCK!!! What good does it do if you wash your hands, but then touch the dirty, paper-towel dispenser that everyone else has touched??? I don't know about you, but I refuse to eat or drink anything from Dutch Bros in East Bremerton, on Highway 303, until they install a hands-free, motion-sensitive, paper-towel dispenser! read more

I am a fanatic about Dutch Bros. Stop at them all. Carry my reusable cups each time. I have beEn patiientlu coming to the Bremerton location and letting everyone get trainedd and mIstakes mAde. But today was the worst experience and I won't be back. I drove through with my kids and watched all of our drinks get handed to the car in front then handEd back and then waited 16 minutes for that car to get their drinks. Get up to the window and none of the drinks are in our mugs. The drinks handed to us were separated and gotten Gross. The employees were actually rude when I explained that we don't like wasting cups and that's why we bring our Dutch Bros cups. Needless to say I left there without my drink and no refund. I will stick with Fife and Puyallup until Port orchard opens... I would advise everyone to wait. This may be the weak link in the Dutton Bros chain. Super disappointing:( read more

This place tries to be everything to everyone. Their menu is ridiculously complicated and there are FAR too many choices! Once you finally scroll through the dozens of drink choices ie... cocoa, coffee (different varieties), tea, energy drinks, freezes, blends, chai...then you have another choice to make...the flavoring. In my experience, macadamia nut adds absolutely no flavor or interest to any drink. Cinnamon is also flavorless and unnecessary. My first visit confused me to no end! I ultimately recieved a drink but I really don't know if I ordered it. I told her what I wanted according to the "menu" yet I had to confirm each and every aspect of the drink! During my most recent visit, we walked into the lobby and were confronted by MIND NUMBINGLY LOUD MUSIC!!! My head was thumping within seconds. Visited day 2 of their grand opening. The place is large, you can walk in or drive through. The drive through area has two lines that filter into one line. Our drinks were great! I got the kicker with three shots which is an Irish creme breve. We also got a kids got chocolate. The baristas are super friendly like all the Oregon locations and don't seem like Bremerton natives so I think they are just here training for a while. I took one star away because of the parking situation. The parking spots are right next to the drive thru so if you're in the drive thru line and someone is backing up out of the parking spot, the drive thru line is blocking them from getting out. We experienced this problem when we were in the drive thru line and were blocking a woman trying to leave after getting her order in the store. read more

As someone who has been a frequent customer at Dutch Bros in Idaho, I was very excited to discover this location in Bremerton. This DB is poorly operated overall. Their traffic control is nonexistent and poor. Often times cars are being helped out of order and the drive-thru takes way too long. Their inside counter should be much faster than it is. Ordering two drinks should not take 15 minutes (or long enough for me to download the yelp app to write this, as I'm still waiting for my two drinks.) Lastly, it would seem the employees there are all hard of hearing or just really enjoy shouting to each other. The music is played ridiculously too loud. Normally encounter nothing but kindness and courtesy when we go to Dutch Bros, but this location was different. The girl taking orders outside couldn't determine who was there first...but instead of listening to me when I tried to tell her she was going to the wrong car - the car that got there after I and the 2 cars behind me did - she doesn't even let me finish and goes to the wrong car anyway. So I pulled my car forward bc I was actually the one that got there before the car that she went to did. And this a$$hole goes and makes the drinks for the car behind me first, just to stick it to me I guess, bc she only made his drinks and then went back to taking orders. When I tell the incompetent lady at the window, she tells me that they're just supposed to alternate between the 2 car lanes, which isn't true bc none of the other 5 Dutch Bros stores we've gone to in the county adhere to this asinine rule when it's clear who was waiting in line first. If you can't determine who was there first, ok. But if a customer is telling you who was there first, you don't just ignore them and do whatever you want. And they f#@%$ed up my drink to top it all off. Rudest gd Dutch Bros employees I've ever had the misfortune of running into. Ah, Dutch Bros, how shall I review thee? My niece and many of my family are diehard fans, and have raved about DB for years. I was out running errands and decided to give it a try. Giving 1 point for ease of ordering: a barista with a pad was taking orders in the drive thru. Giving 2 points for her friendliness, so 3 so far. An additional point because the wait in line was relatively short. Due to the Stay At Home mandate, it may have been longer than normal as people couldn't go inside, but was still very reasonable. Up to 4 now. Am deducting a point as they did not have drip coffee as I ordered, and the barista with the pad didn't say I would be getting an Americano, but adding 4 points because the coffee did not have that "espresso taste". 1 point for getting the order exactly right and 2 for the attitude and friendliness barista handing out the drinks. So, for those of you without basic math skills, that's 10 out of 10. Will DEFINITELY go back!! read more

I moved out of Bremerton but every time I come back to visit there's always something new, which always results in skepticism. For the most part, I've always had a good experience at Dutch Bros outside Kitsap County. The one in Bremerton has a drive-thru waiting/order line that definitely needs to be more equal and equitable. It's 2020 and there's technology for that. You know it's a busy time of the day when the multi-drive-thru lines filters out into the main road which is just crazy to have that cause "traffic". Personally I get very annoyed when people design businesses without user experience techniques in mind. But then again it's all about the dollar bills! On the bright side, my drink (Annihilator) actually tasted like coffee and the workers were nice. We went earlier in the afternoon and the lines were packed. Later that evening we went back, but still ended up waiting a while due to the zipper process in the drive thru (which I'm not sure many drivers even grasp). It's only the early stages of this new spot, but hopefully they'll be able to improve the drive thru process. If you go, I send you well wishes! read more
