as someone from washington, i've had amazing coffee pretty much everyday. I recently came to this starbucks and my coffee tasted burnt, and my food was cold in the middle. This has nothing to do with all the employees, just the one that burned my coffee and didn't cook my food long enough! but that shouldn't stop you from visiting! read more

For some of the reviews on here I just hope people take into consideration that things are out of Baristas/the stores control. If you have a concern, take it up with the store manager and there might be mitigating circumstances on how something was handled. If it's a procedural issue then you can't hold the store accountable. Call Corporate and let them know your concerns. That being said, the issue with the bodily fluids was handled how it was supposed to. It's hazardous and a cleaning company was supposed to come clean it and is why it was not cleaned with store supplies; ie to avoid contamination. It would not be cleanly or responsible for the store to clean those kinds of fluids with supplies to clean the rest of the store. Please have some grace and understand that procedures have to be followed. Take the correct action when you have concerns but don't take it out on the baristas. They are doing their best. read more

When all is said and done, it's a Starbucks. And a pretty decent one at that. To start with, you have plenty of parking. And if you don't need/want to park, they have a drive-thru. If you do decide to dip inside there is quite a bit of seating. Although, at the time of writing some seating was restricted for the purposes of social distancing. My overall experience was, they got my order right, I had a comfortable place to sit and a I had a pleasant customer experience. Yeah, I'd total come back to this location. read more

Nice big open store on Division with great big windows looking out on a beautiful view of Division. Not. However, you will find a big parking lot, but it is shared with several other businesses. The coffee is always the same, so if you love Starbucks, you can count on consistency, for sure! Baristas are friendly. Enjoy! read more

This location was recently closed (both lobby and drive thru) for remodel. Before the remodel, the employees were super friendly, really quick, and made the drinks perfectly! After the remodel (~June/July 2022) the employees are still nice, but extremely slow and disorganized and my drink has been made really bad each time I order, and they seem to be training new people all the time. For example, I will pull up to the window and see my drink on the counter and the employee will take the next order at the speaker before handing me my drink (and this process always seems to take forever) and then when they are done, if there is another car that pulls up to the speaker, they will take THAT order too before giving me my drink. Other Starbucks have two employees working together at the window or have a person who can multi-task. Even though the new employees are nice, what happened to the batch of employees who worked here before the remodel? :( read more

Starbucks is not my go to spot for coffee honestly. I prefer the local coffee stands but every once in a while I crave their passion iced tea lemonade. It's typically a summer refresher for me, but in the depths of winter right about now I was needing something seasonal. I'm not a fan of the coffee most of the time, it just doesn't taste as good as the locally owned goodness I'm used to. But their microwaved food items are decent. The coffee shop is conveniently on my way to work anywho so there are plenty of options there too. I've only ever been in the drive through, because I'm so domestic. But they are quick and friendly and again that passion tea is life. read more

Most Sixbux maintain a certain standard. I guess they skipped that here. I used the restroom before I ordered, and there were paper towels and paper towel pieces on various places on the floor. When I first walked in to this location there was no one ordering and the staff was pretty much standing around chatting. This is the time that restrooms should be checked. After I ordered, it seemed to take the barista guy a long time to get the drink made. Again, nothing else really going on, with the staff basically hanging around and chatting. Never have had it take so long to get my coffee at a Sixbux, especially when no one else is ordering or anything. As I have said before, I prefer to support local coffee stands if possible and I usually only go to the big green monster if I am in a hurry. In the future, hurry or no, I will skip this location. read more

We don't live in Spokane, but we come here often because we have family in the area. This is a very convenient Starbucks if you are going to or having just finished shopping at Northtown Mall (which doesn't have a Starbucks inside it, so use this one). Getting into the parking lot can be a little tricky, but hey, this isn't Miami or New York, so you can handle it! Our espresso drinks were made perfectly today. We didn't stay to enjoy our drinks in the store this time, but we have in the past, using the free wi-fi. We'll be back to this store when we are in the area again, for sure! read more

It's a shame I discovered this Starbucks. I love exploring and finding the best new coffee shops that pop up but this Starbucks is amazing and it's caused me to drop my zeal in favor of "regular" status. Bittersweet, I suppose, but it's the best Starbucks in town. Drinks made well, staff always friendly, and baristas... well, they're pretty hot. Don't waste your gas in the drive-through -- come inside and witness for yourself. read more

The workers at this location are really friendly. In fact, they usually recognize my husband's voice when he orders at the drive through. Their drive-through is also extremely fast. Yesterday, I had to wait an unusually long time to get my drink so they even gave it to me for free. Customer service seems to be a priority here. The only reason I can't give it five stars is the same reason for all Starbucks locations: please start carrying food that's safe for gluten allergies! read more

I've never been INSIDE of the starbucks, but have been here to the drive thru and let me tell you... the drive thru is probably the best drive thru I've ever been thru ever. Why? I love coming here w/ my laptop to get some work done. It's very spacious both inside and outside. I love the big couches too! They're clean, have fast service, free WiFi and they always blast their A/C - which is good if you're only coming in for a drink, but if you stay for any more than an hour, I'd bring a sweater. read more

This location for Starbucks is quite nice. Always busy but not incredibly noisy. They have outdoors seating which is nice though facing a busy road (Division). They are pretty decent on mixing drinks so there is consistency in the drink you like to order. I like to walk over there every once and a while and get myself a coffee as a treat. read more

We had to say our order twice (blackberry mojito lemonade) and the window lady still got it wrong. We had to wait ten minutes in line to get a watery, flavorless tea without lemonade. Went inside to get a new one and the MANAGER was the one who got it wrong. But "at least I got a dollar off on it". Yah, thanks- at this rate I should have gotten it free. Won't be going back . I had been thru this drive thru a couple times and its always been good. But this morning was another story. The barista acted like she could care less that there was a customer there. I had to repeat my order twice, and no, it wasn't the speaker, she just sounded like she really did not want to be there. Acted the same way when I pulled up to the window. Started to make the wrong size drink, gave me the wrong food order, which then required her to put money back on my card, since she entered the wrong order all together. All the while, 5 cars pile up behind me. After finishing my drink, heart racing, realize she didn't make my drink with decaf as I asked for and actually repeated. So what ever barista was working the drive thru 5/8/15 at 615AM, you shouldn't be there if you don't want to be there. Yeah jobs suck, but when you work in customer service, you gotta suck it up and put a happy face on, and at least act like you care about the customer! read more

i like this starbucks but there are the occasional order mix ups. the major problem i have is there exit to the side street and then to 2nd avenue . it is an unsafe venture trying to enter the side street and maintaining awareness of traffic on 2nd and trying to maintain awareness of the high curb to the right--staying to the right gives a better view of 2nd but also puts your car closer to the curb. if anybody has had problems with this--running over the curb, damage done to your car by the unseen curbing etc please post a note. this is nothing negative about starbucks but a location design flaw. read more
