I've been ordering since I moved yo Greenwood no problem until a hour ago ordered manicotti with meatballs and it was 15.and some change had it delivered about 6mins away so payed 20 told driver to keep change so I eat my salad and when I pulled the dinner out looked smaller than I've got before and with meatballs it would nothing but sauce not even meat sauce so I called manager was very rude had call coming in hungup on me I called back he said ticket didn't say meatballs that is not my problem its the person that took the order so I payed 15 for toss salad and noodles in sauce wtf he did not want to fix the problem told me not to come back Whst business owner would say that to a customer pass thus bonus read more

My family and I stopped here on our way to Rehoboth beach last year and had a great experience. We ordered a veggie pizza and curly fries and devoured every bite. The pizza was super fresh and crunchy. I especially loved how stable the base of the pizza was and how it easily held up the weight of the vegetables, sauce, and generous amount of cheese. The curly fries were a great appetizer to munch on while we waited for the pizza. They were also really fresh and crispy, and we even packed some to go. We enjoyed our experience here so much that we decided to stop by again this year while on another beach trip. Being new to Delaware as we just moved we tried Stargate for the 1st time and it didn't disappoint. When we walked in there was music playing and we were greeted by the man behind the counter who might have been the owner or manager. He gave us the menu and took our drink order. We ordered the Italian Pie. Coming from NY we didn't know what to expect. The pizza arrived it looked real good and it was loaded with all the Italian favorites. Pepperoni sausage ham onion peppers. We took that 1st bite and I have to tell you it was 1 of the best slices of pizza I ever had. I ended up having 4 slices and my wife had 1 and a half and we took the other 2 slices home with a piece of lemon meringue pie to go for my wife later. The Manager or Owner came over a few times to check on us and fill our drinks. The check came and it was $25 for the dinner in NY the bill would have been at least $50 plus the tip. I asked if they would deliver a bit down the road and they said sure. We will definitely be back to Stargate or call for a delivery. We took a menu to go!!!! Ordered Baked Ziti with meatballs tonight and it was the worst. I had it delivered and when I received it the bag was soaked and split open in the bottom. I opened it up and there was not much sauce at all. The ziti noodles only sauce under the cheese and now else. The meatballs didn't have any sauce at all and it tasted like it was doused in salt. Just because it looks good on top doesn't mean the inside is gonna be good. I called and complained and I even sent them a picture to prove what I was saying. All they said was that's how they make it.....no I've ordered this plenty of times before and it was never like this. They offered me a $5 credit for an $18.99 meal and couldn't eat any of it. The food is phenomenal and the staff there are polite. The prices are affordable and may fit any budget in comparison to most restaurants in State of Delaware. I haven't met with the Chef yet but it's obvious this Chef is an expert as I could not find one flaw. Every bite of the variety of foods I've ordered from Stargate was scrumptious and filling, not only to my taste buds but to the many long distance friends who have traveled here and trust my experience. In town overnight ordered from my hotel room from this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. I ordered the greenwood special chicken, it came with lots of chicken, thinly sliced Italian sausage and veggies, a salad and piece of garlic bread.. the blue cheese dressing I ordered with my salad was delicious when I move here, I will definitely make this place one of my favorites... Stargate had a place of obligation for me before ordering. Not knowing much about me, and myself not knowing much about them, Stargate Pizza donated certificates to our 2017 Homecoming Dance to attendees without blinking. We appreciated that support more than words can say. Finally, I needed to find out how good they were as far as quality. At school, we ordered the white pizza, the stromboli, and calzone. There were delivered on time, the white pizza was delicious, the calzone and stromboli HUGE and full of flavor. Ordered online, then, confirming with the staff in the phone was easy, efficient, and loaded with a quality experience. I had wings delivered, and they gave me 2 bundles of celery wrapped in tin foil, truth be told I didn't eat them, but they were cold, so that was actually a nice touch. service is awful my family and i order from this restaurant typically once a week the past three times we have ordered from here we have had problems with them the most recent problem was we received black burnt wings they kindly sent us new ones when the driver got here she refused to give us the food until she received our old wings which had at this point been thrown away the driver then said we needed to give her the wings in order to receive new ones which when i caed no one had asked me to keep so i threw them away due to my house smelling like burnt food she then finally gave me the wings and said maybe we shouldnt complain about food anymore all around bad service from them lately the driver then proceeded to cus me out as she walked away if you order from here be prepared for problems with your food or your service ! read more
