I'm very disappointed in how this dental office handled my billing and insurance estimate. Before a…read morerecent procedure, I requested an estimate of my out-of-pocket cost and was told in writing it would be $275, which I paid in full at the time of my visit. Two months later, I received a surprise bill for an additional $598 -- more than three times the original estimate. When I asked for clarification, the office explained that they are out-of-network with my insurance provider. At no point in the written estimate or treatment plan was this mentioned, nor was I warned that this could result in significantly higher costs. When I raised these concerns, they claimed they had verbally disclosed their out-of-network status during a consultation over a year ago. I do not recall such a conversation, and regardless, this critical information was completely absent from the written estimate I received at the time of scheduling the procedure. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter respectfully -- even offering a partial goodwill payment -- the office and owner ultimately stood by the charge and stopped responding to my emails after a single reply. I believe patients deserve clear and transparent financial information, especially when given a written estimate. Omitting important details like network status and potential insurance penalties is, in my view, both unprofessional and unfair. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this office after such a costly and frustrating experience.

Then Barbara escorted me back and noticed I was still a little nervous so we spoke while she had me sit in the chair and she explained everything she was doing from having me sit back on the chair to make me comfortable to putting the Nasal piece for oxygen. Finally when Dr. Poshni came in we spoke about the procedure he asked if i had any questions and you can tell he has a nice staff with the way he treats them. Procedure was done very fast and efficient now I am at home resting. Everyone was so lighthearted in the office. 10/10 Amazing experience! Thank you guys

BEWARE of the billing practices in all of thier offices. They do NOT submit all charges to your insurance provider. This means you pay more out of pocket and MOSA gets more in their pocket. I was a bit nervous about having my gums be drilled into. Dr. Romanow talked me through each step. The ladies that work here are friendly. Both visits were painless (the Novocaine shot was the only discomfort). As with all dental surgery, it's not cheap, but my insurance is paying a large share. Now all that is left are the crowns! I can wait until January for that procedure.

After reading about Dr. Sreeni, I knew he was the right doctor for my dental implant surgery. The office is very conveniently located in the Rockville Town Square area, and there was free patient parking right next to the elevator in the garage. The office was very clean and modern, I couldn't help but notice the beautiful fish tank upon my arrival. Upon arrival inside of the dental room, I noticed so much new and sophisticated technology. The front desk was very polite and informative, and I met with Dr. Sreeni for my consultation. He was so professional, and explained everything to me in a way that made the produce very easy to understand. I went in for my dental implant surgery yesterday for tooth #3 (molar) that is very important for chewing food. Upon arrival, Dr. Sreeni's staff checked me in and explained everything to me very clearly, I wasn't nervous at all. In my opinion, I've never received better care or surgery in my life than I did from Dr. Sreeni and his staff. The ENTIRE process was 100% PAIN FREE! I was scared because I went to a different office/dentist for the tooth extraction last month, and I went through a tremendous amount of pain. While in Dr. Sreeni's care, he did the entire implant from A to Z with absolutely no pain whatsoever during the procedure and after the procedure, I repeat PAIN FREE. I have a follow up appointment in two weeks to have my sutures removed, and look forward to thanking Dr. Sreeni and his staff again for the wonderful and pain free experience.

Today I found out he is an oral surgeon, but I did not know this at the time. I found Dr. Miyamoto to be one of the coolest dentists I have ever met. Today I don't remember if Dr. Miyamoto had a falling out or I just found another dentist. Whatever the case is, his office looked out into the street where the former Orange Billiards building is to be. It is now an elegant CVS Pharmacy. Dr. Miyamoto did wonderful work on my teeth when I came to see him. If I were still living I. Rockville Maryland, I might still have been going to see him, or would go back to him.

I never had any problem after he did the fillings. in addition, he shows due care ie. when the previous dentist did the fillings for me, he accidentally left some fillings material outside the teeth. so a tiny piece of "stuff" has been sticked onto my big tooth for very long time. the dentists I visited before, they won't try to remove it even if I asked. Miyamoto showed due care that he removed the tiny piece from my tooth with me asking him to do so. I deeply appreciate that. btw, the dentist who provided the teeth cleaning is awesome! She is very thorough! Your teeth shine after she did the cleansing for you. I moved far away from rockville but I'm still coming back. I don't mind to travel more than an hour commute (one way) just to have them fix and clean my teeth.

She's kind, professional, gets to know me as a person, and she knows what she's doing. Dental hygienists can be hit or miss but she consistently exceeds my expectations (and I'm not an easy patient). The dentists that I typically (Dr. Schwartz or Dr. Kim) provide me all the advice and guidance I need, and I've never felt that they push me into any unnecessary procedures or add-ons. The practice itself is well-run. I never wait more than a couple minutes, I don't feel like they're rushing me through, and I recall any billing issues over the years. They also run a tight ship regarding covid procedures. I don't typically write reviews but I saw a few old negative posts and felt compelled to chime in with my experience.
