    Fixed my computer in minutes!!! I dropped my MacBook & my screen was black! He fixed it & didn't charge me!! Whew!!

    Our company called to schedule someone to look at one of our computers. We were told we would be…read moregiven a call when the appointment was made and told what time the tech would arrive. We were also told the charge would be $100 per hour. Over an hour later and no phone call. So, we called back. We were told no appointment had been set yet and that we would be called back when one was made. So, moments later my boss herself called back and they said they had a tech scheduled to come at around 1:15. The tech shows up and I punch on the time clock when he begins working so I will know what time he started. When he finished he asked me to test the computer to see if it was working properly. I said no it's not working because my network is down. He then realized he forgot to plug all my ethernet cables back into the router. Then I tried the computer and it worked. So, I punched him out. He called the Synergetics office to see what we owed him for the visit. He tells them he was "here for hmmm about an hour." I said "No sir. You were here for a half hour exactly. You started working at 1:18 and finished at 1:48." He said to them (he was still on the same call with their office) "Ok maybe it was about 3/4 of an hour." They said to charge us for a full hour. I asked why. He handed me the phone and the lady at his office said "We also have to charge for drive time." I said "But your business is only a couple blocks from here. That's not 30 minutes nor 15 minutes worth of driving." She says "Well we charge a minimum of an hour." I said "You did not inform me of either of those things and why would he bother saying 'more like 3/4 of an hour' if you charge a minimum of an hour anyway. She says that that is just their policy. So my boss says "Just write them the check for the hour." I gave the tech my fax number so that Synergetics could send me an invoice for our records and I have yet to receive one. The following day after the tech "fixed" our computer, the same blue screen came up again. Very dissatisfied with their work and their office staff was rude and unpleasant to deal with from the first call. I surely hope we do not have to do business with them again.

We moved there hastly because like always its tough wity military deadlines and i was enrolled at missippi state university so we had to get there quick and i nees internet fast for school work. Needless to say att reassured us that there internet was fast and velocity would be perfect for us in our area even to go as far as to say that we could play games such as call of duty online with out error. So needless to say we were good with the service since we only really watch netflix and surf the web. Well come to find out about a couple days into the service they had lied netflix struggled, and the internet would barely even bring up pdf files on my computer. We assummed maybe it just needed to some time so we gave it a little bit of time but it didn't help. 3 weeks in and our device broke and the screen went white internet still slightly worked but it was broke. Went to two different stores for them to tell me they couldnt anything we would have to call and send it back. At this point we gave up i went out and got cable one and thank god because the service was amazingly better. So once i had my other service set up i called to cancelled my att so here is the scam they lock you in with a 150 dollar cancellation fee but alright i was like no biggy its better then paying a 100 dollars a month for crap. Well that was the end of it they were suppose to send us money back on a visa card for activating our service it was supposed to be a hundred dollars never seen it. So long story short two months of horrible service broken equipment and no one wanting to do anything about it we were charged almost 400 dollars tottal. So my reach is to help all my military brothers out there in hopes to save there pockets dont do it please take your money any where else.
