They say EVERY iPhone 7 they see that they fix messes the home button up but apparently didn't have the parts to fix it in stock! I told them since they messed my phone up, they needed to order a new APPLE home button instead of usin some off market one. do not use, dont even think of getting this wifi. this is literally hands down the worst wifi…read moreexperience I've ever had in my life. the customer service is even worse. spending 90 dollars a mouth for what they claim is 1000 mb/s upload when I hardly get 50 is absolutely insane. customer service spend an hour wrapping their heads around my modem not working and decide it was my fault even tho the modem sits in the same spot and has never been moved. they charge me 50 dollars for a tech to come out which wouldn't be as much of an issue if afterwards I got working wifi but still no. so 140 dollars a month for wifi that cant even run a single video with out buffering, and customer service who doesnt actually help is such a waste of money go to anyone else or switch to a different internet provider. this isn't even internet its just a scam.
