I have a night guard, but never use it because it makes me clench more and I wake up with an aching jaw muscle. I have had broken teeth and broken crowns because I clench and grind while I'm sleeping. I was waking up with a headache almost every morning. Within a week of having Botox in my jaw muscles, my morning headaches were gone. I wish I had learned about this years ago because it would have saved me a bundle on dental work. I got there and the room was full...I was hoping there were more than1 doctor but no such luck. He appears to book every 10 minutes but I'm not sure. I heard someone mention being his 3:30 then another 3:40. Either way we waited over an hour. Once I met the doctor he seemed to know his stuff he did not rush us and I liked him.
