Dismissive, non-communicative, and rude. Slow or no response on numerous medical issues, that I googled my way through to connect with an appropriate specialist. I was leaving a "well-visit," physical, and I went to check out (co-pay, schedule next "physical") and the doctor (with a smile) said: "don't go to her (receptionist) because she's in a bad mood." Dr. Kenneth Andrews gave me the best Botox I've EVER had. I'm 28, and have been getting Botox since I was 24, usually every 6 months I get a touch up of that magic stuff, can't live with out it. Dr Andrews was amazing! I tend to bruise very easily, I've had some black& blues before, from previous doctors, almost every time I had botox injections. This was the FIRST time I didn't bruise when getting my Botox done. He has a very gentle approach, yet aggressive enough touch, to get rid of those pesky lines. Let me not forget to mention, the perfect symmetry he nailed on my first time seeing him. Their was no need for a touch up (usually 7-14 days after injections). Both sides were perfectly twinning. Ha! He did a beautiful job on lip fillers on a friend of mine! If you're looking for some volume on your lippies, give him a try! I COULD NOT, stop staring at my friends lips that he did. They were soooo tastefully done, they were natural, yet very full, he has the perfect lip combo down pact! I can't rave enough about him, I'm counting the days till I go back and have some fillers on my laugh lines! Oh and FYI people, he also has a New Britain location he works out of too. Don't bother ... These so called Physicians won't even let you make an appointment without a referral even when it's not required by insurance. They could care less how sick you are or if you can breathe. I'm now filing g a complaint with my insurances. Why they even list this practice is beyond me. read more

My experience here was pretty disappointing. I was referred by my general practitioner and took one of the first appointments of the day thinking I'd get in before the day begins to back up for the doctors. I was to be fitted with a 24 hour halter to monitor my heart. After watching patient after patient come and go, including those who arrived after me, I went to the front desk to ask what was happening. I had been there for an hour. She offered to go check. Five minutes later a woman came out to apologize for the wait and let me know that they actually didn't have a halter for me at this location today. That I could drive to Wethersfield where they had one. Since that was specifically what my appointment was for, I asked why they didn't have it and she did not have a good explanation. I also asked why it took over an hour to let me know. She did not have an answer for that either. Not her fault at all. She was nice and just the messenger. I drove an hour to be there. Waited an hour. And then had an hour drive home. 3 hours out of my day off. I called my general practictioner and asked him to refer me to a different location. read more
