Most recently I was tasked with outfitting approximately 25 employees with customized uniforms, including embroidery, heat press and patches. The deadline I had to work with was very short notice. I explained the situation to Mike and he got me a quote within 24hrs. When he identified issues, such as hard to find sizes or back ordered items, he worked closely with me to identify and implement solutions. When my deadline was shortened due to contractual obligations, Mike began heat pressing shirts himself to help me make my new, even shorter deadline.
