Stopped in for "just" jewelry repair. The sales lady was so warm and kind, I ended up shopping a bit for myself. The store was very busy, but she never rushed me while browsing. She assisted me with trying on multiple necklaces and bracelets. She ended up showing me their gold jewelry catalog, where I was able to find the perfect cross pendant I'd been looking for. I've got my eye on a bracelet and necklace, so many future trips planned. Can't wait to return and purchase another lovely piece of jewelry. Great service and polite service. Honestly we were nervious about leaving my wifes engagement ring, But she said that you just have to trust with also doing your due diligence. So left the rings. I left him with several loose stones and he & his female assistant (?wife) helped me choose an appropriate setting. I was very pleased with the final design. Star's Jewelry store is AWESOME! The jeweler is very helpful and I have never had a request that he couldn't fulfill. The guy who runs the counter and takes in the jewelry to be repaired is very friendly and never makes anyone feel out of place. I've never bought anything new from them but I've had several things repaired including a ring (sized up 2 sizes), a necklace clasp, and initials buffed off a Tiffany & Co key that would have taken at least a month most likely 2 if I had sent it back to Tiffany's but they did it for a great price in less than 15 minutes!!!!
