They were very good about adapting our wedding logo to be printed on the photo strip. The attendant was pleasant and professional; next time, we would book them for later in the evening (after guests were done eating) so that we had greater utilization. The selection of props was fine; there were "enhanced" props available for a fee, but we didn't think that the value was there for that option, so we didn't choose it. I lived in a different state so I needed to do all my vendor interviews over the phone, and when I connected with Josh for the interview, we were on the phone for 1.5 hours! I got off the phone and told my fiancé I found the guy and didn't need to look any further. Josh was professional, very responsive, willing to work with my budget and gave suggestions on what could work best for my wedding. I told him one of my wishes for my wedding is that people stayed on the dance floor all night...well I got my wish. My dance floor was packed the entire night, no one wanted to leave it because there were great songs being played one right after the other. I had soooo many compliments on my DJ (Josh) from guests after the wedding! High Tone Entertainment made it so easy for me to make a list of songs I wanted to have played or not played through their portal, it was so helpful! I also was running into an issue with my first dance song being too long, and Josh was kind enough to work his magic and cut a new version for us so our dance wasn't too long, but didn't cut out at a weird point! It was perfect! The photo booth was also a hit! It was so fantastic to have to only deal with 1 company vs 2 in regards to DJ & photo booth. Guests loved it and I was able to get copies of all pictures taken throughout the night. Brendan (the attendant) was also AMAZING! So friendly and patient with guests (especially as the drinks started really flowing as the night went on). The employees (not all, but certainly most) have a pretentious, arrogant attitude when serving the customers. It feels like you are walking up to a sorority table to ask for a drink. Example-- At Taste of Nashville, the VIP staff would literally ignore people that were waiting for drinks. They make you feel like you are doing something wrong by asking for a drink (their job...) to be made. On their phones when people were waiting to be served. They lacked the hospitality that you would expect from a bar. Some employees that were hired for this event were even drinking during the event. Events hire this company to bartend and would certainly not want them drinking while there. After multiple events with the same, cold attitude from VIP, I would certainly recommend looking into one of the other providers in town if hiring for an event. Do it for your guest's sake. UPDATE: In response to the business reply below-- This person SERVED me a drink AT this exact event. The statement that she was there not working is simply false. The defensive reply does nothing but prove my point to the disrespect and unprofessional behavior of this business.

Pay a little extra for another company- a stress free environment on your wedding day is well worth the money! I see Laceey has replied with a response. Note there is no mention of wanting to rectify the situation. Laceey was VERY rude when I spoke to her, hung up on me TWICE when she could not answer my questions. I recently tried to use a Majestic photo booth twice and the photos never printed. The restaurant I…read morewas at advised me to scan the QR code in the photo booth to request a refund. Once in communication with their team, I was asked to essentially provide proof that I tried to use the booth, which I did. I gave them date and approximate time I used it and a screenshot of my credit card statement to show the charges went through. They were able to find my photos - which is nice, but I was paying for the printed copies. After multiple attempts to get in touch with a member of their team again to check in on status of refund, they stopped responding and are refusing to grant even a partial refund. Not necessarily about the money - more about them providing a super poor customer experience and refusing to follow up on a very simple inquiry. If I could give 0 stars I would.
