The Internet constantly crashes and I usually can't get on the net or a site at all. My phone cost 1200.00 and I hate it. The tablet is useless too. And I have to pay 200.00 a month for an this bundled useless Internet . Ridiculous.. My 50 dollar phone and Internet with straight talk was a hundred times better then Verizon. Now I have a fraudulent, nearly $6,000 debt in my name. Verizon let this happen while I was deployed out of the country, and never reached out to me. Now it is in collections and damaging my credit, my scores dropped by 50-70 points across all three bureaus. Verizon has not been helpful with the fraud process and has only thrown up red tape and made things even more difficult. I already have an attorney and will be suing. Do not do business with this criminal store and company.

So, cancel whatever Monday's appointments were, and sit around. As it turned out, had I been given the correct key strokes on Saturday, all of the cancellations and my time wasted on Monday wouldn't have been necessary. Management oversight is sorely lacking. If this company values qualitative services, listen to the recording. The one positive was the tech that showed up, Monday. Blake is technically skilled, and certainly interested in customer satisfaction, without patronization. Bottom line, Blake entered whatever the correct keystrokes were in seconds. Looking at it from your point of view, a service call would've been unnecessary. Again, management oversight and/or training, clearly lacking.
