BUYER BEWARE.. the Internet service is unbelievably useless. I took 8.5 hrs just to order groceries. 3 hrs to write this. The Internet constantly crashes and I usually can't get on the net or a site at all. My phone cost 1200.00 and I hate it. The tablet is useless too. And I have to pay 200.00 a month for an this bundled useless Internet . Ridiculous.. My 50 dollar phone and Internet with straight talk was a hundred times better then Verizon. I found out Verizon allowed someone to use my name, address, and SSN with a stolen piece of mail (they did not check the person's ID), they just let them walk in and sign up with no ID. Now I have a fraudulent, nearly $6,000 debt in my name. Verizon let this happen while I was deployed out of the country, and never reached out to me. Now it is in collections and damaging my credit, my scores dropped by 50-70 points across all three bureaus. Verizon has not been helpful with the fraud process and has only thrown up red tape and made things even more difficult. I already have an attorney and will be suing. Verizon is and will always be my absolute most hated business of all time. My monthly bill averages $1700 .... And half of each bill is usually from various crap they try to pull... like double charging me for a new phone by taking my full payment that I paid for e phone and still charging me $60 a month for renting the phone. Or that time they charged me $400 for reconnection fees when my phones had never been disconnected. Now, the only thing I can say is positive is that every month when I call to complain they usually credit back my account, so it all works out as long as I'm willing to commit 5 or so monthly hours each month to arguing with them on the phone. read more

I approached the desk, telling them that Verizon told me to come and pick up a phone. The one lady that had white string in the top of her hair and merely said you're not getting a phone unless you pay for it. I said I've already paid for a phone. And the young girl at the computer said yes they called, but I don't understand exactly what's going on. the girl with the white string in her hair said you're not gonna holler at me and said the F word storm to the back, said she didn't have to wait on people like me. What I thought was the manager not sure he said well it's probably on your front porch I said oh no are you trying to make me look like an idiot in front of all these people the only girl in there the one that looked up and try to find mailed information was the only nice when they're the store is rude and hateful. I'm 74 years old with heart trouble and high blood pressure. I ordered this watch for medical purposes and was treated like a fool in this store. read more

Service was horrible. Manager lied straight to me face another manager actually screamed at me. The same manager didn't even know what specials they offered for military discounts and the discounts per line. Absolutely a horrible service. I suffer from ptsd my wife had to get me out of the store before it escalated into something serious. If this the way the treat vets I'd hate to see the way they treat everyone one else. read more

Store front was nice. Bathrooms were clean. Parking was easy. Not many cars. Despite wanting to drop a thousand dollars on a new phone, the salesperson was rude and treated me like I was an idiot. went in today to upgrade my service to unlimited. I was referred to Gooch who seemed like dealing with me was a hassle which was strange because I was the only customer in the place. He pulled up my account and then found every reason in the world to not help me. I guess if you're not buying a thousand dollar phone so he can make a commission you're not really worth his time.I used to go here a lot for help with my account but won't bother again. I called Verizon on the phone and got upgraded in ten minutes. Makes me wonder why they bother having a storefront at all. read more

I had an excellent experience at this Verizon. Staff (Gooch) was excellent at getting me what I needed and was speedy I doing so!
