The staff here is excellent. They're knowledge is vast but mainly just NICE! Goes a long way.

It was ok. As a first timer was pretty disappointed that they don't stack the 15% first timer discount. Doesn't give much of an incentive to visit. There's a lot of other dispensaries that you can get better deals at. I was happy they have the select brand with sales but can get better discounts elsewhere. Placed a pick up order but didn't receive a text or email confirmation. Also called to see if they accepted debit or only cash but phone line didn't ring and doesnt appear to be working. Bud tender was pretty cold. So many places where they enjoy your presence as a customer -- not the vibe I got here unfortunately. read more

These prices are insanely expensive. $10 for a 1g preroll?!? Is this a joke. It's crazy to think driving to New Buffalo, MI will save you tons. The same pre rolls here for $10 are $1.50-2.50 there. Vapes are a fraction of the cost. There's much better selections of everything and it's all 50% of the cost you would pay here. Just make sure to load up and you'll save hundreds. Updated here a couple months in: they have been doing well but for some reason they DO NOT PRIORITIZE PREORDERS. I'm sorry but this is bare minimum for customer service. If you can't respect the time of your customers, how can we respect you as our vendor? Worth of note, today they are having their Halloween party and it seems like people are having a great time, they did a great job for this event. What I don't understand is that this is even more reason to respect preorders and the time of those who have little of it. Also worth of note, they did not staff this event out properly at all. According to their own workers and security they only have minimal cashiers because they "don't want to pay them". I can't express how disappointing this is. We all know how much money is in this. First, they never have the same product twice. I have a product I like but can't ever get it twice. Second, it says on the app that you can pay with a debit card, but when I got there, the machines were down and was told I could use their ATM with the ridiculous fees, I wonder if it's not true that they take debit and are just trying to get you to use the ATM in the store and get their cut of the fee. I'm done driving to a bank to get cash so I don't get screwed. Because of these two reasons, I'm done with Stash. read more

Bought 4 vape pens, only ONE works! the other three were trash out of the package, charged them, still nothing. Wasted $300 and cannot return them. Stay away, they sell garbage. This is the most expensive shop I have visited, but $150 got 1g of vape? I can get it on the street a lot cheaper. read more

What's new isn't always shiny, unfortunately with this place. The GM (Amanda) had an excellent opportunity to address and correct a small inconvenience with their system, and instantly jumped into being defensive and rude. Some people don't belong in management or leadership, and it's unfortunate that companies lose business due to a lack of emotional intelligence. Oh, and let me be clear - I've spent close to $2k at this place since August, so there's that, too. Oh well. Guess someone else will want my business. One had been here a few times before, but my last visit now they want to search your purse, was not prepared for that or ever had that happen in all my trips to any other facility. First time here today - great experience. I read the previous review before I went and after my visit, I felt compelled to write my own. I thought it was very nice/clean/modern and pretty high tech. I thought the "vibe" was great. The staff was very upbeat and extremely helpful. The other review commented on the armed security but I didn't find them intimidating at all. I found the security guys friendly and they made me feel safe and comfortable. I feel better anywhere there is a guy with a gun looking out for bad guys, but hey that's just me. The staff was very friendly and they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for! They told me they are opening a whole entertainment area soon behind the retail - virtual golf/pinstripes kind of place. Sounds like a great "vibe" to me! Closest dispensary to our house, love this place. The flower and concentrates are pretty good and they're always having sales or giving away swag. The only thing I would tweak is the customer service given at the door when walking into dispo because it can be a bit suffocating and kill the vibe. Especially if you go very frequently. For increase in sales focus on low hanging fruit like repeat customers that generally spend a high dollar amount rather than spraying and praying for $10 more from everyone who walks through the door. Haven't seen many sponsored ads or social media buzz, that could help as well! read more
