The front cashier who scanned my drivers license was really nice and another young lady named Stephanie came out to escort me into the inner-sanctum. She brought me over to the screen kiosk to find me a CBD gummy with just 1% THC for sleep. She was really focused on my need request to find which one she thought was best for me, not just someone there for a paycheck. The weird part is a new customer is supposed to get 20% off on their first visit which I should have got, but the product cost $22 which with the discount should have cost $18 plus tax, but even when I reminded the cashier about my 20% off, with tax it came to $29, she said the extra cost was the tax on THC. I looked on the receipt and verified they never gave me the 20% off! Reading other reviews above and on Google, I'm not even sure the potency on the label is truthful. So I'm giving 3 stars for Stephanie and the cashier being friendly and helpful. If you just want gummies and not cannabis, there is a great store on 127th & Harlem across from Pop's and next door to Running For Kicks called 'WSC Natural Healing' that sells CBD and THC Kratom both chocolates & gummies with great selection and knowledgeable sales staff Kelly and Donovan! read more

I stopped by this location with my sister a few weeks ago. Neither of us smoke weed, but my sister has debilitating migraines, so she was interested in seeing if weed might help her. She takes medication, but oftentimes, it doesn't offer any relief. We walked in and were greeted by two very nice employees who checked our IDs. Upon entry of the actual dispensary store, we asked an AA employee (female) if there was someone who could help us select a product. She was very dismissive and kept saying that there was a young Latino employee (near the kiosk's) who could help us. I was asking to speak with an employee knowledgeable about the different types of weed. We weren't looking to buy something just to get high. My sister had a purpose in wanting to buy the weed. This young lady wasn't really listening to me, though, and just kept saying that the employee by the kiosk's would assist us. We ended up speaking with her, and she tried her best, but she couldn't really offer any advice. We asked her for someone who could, and a nice young blond guy came over. He offered several products and tried to educate us on the different strands and whatnot. My sister ended up buying $100 worth of products. The guy who checked us out (muscular AA guy) was very nice. He answered some additional questions we had and genuinely seemed happy to do so. We liked him so much that we actually tipped him. Later, we talked to our little bro, who said some of the products would have little effect on my sister's migraines. (He smokes) Something about the amount of weed not being high enough. Luckily, one of the products my sis bought did take away the pain of her migraine. It didn't eliminate the tightness, but she said the pain was gone, which was huge. The location is clean, and there were tons of employees, but be warned if you aren't familiar with weed or the various types of products. There might not be anyone to educate you on what exactly you should be buying. You'd think that a dispensary would hire people who actually smoke weed and who are familiar with what they are selling, but I guess not. This location doesn't take medical cards, but the nice employee who cashed us out did tell my sister to get a medical card because she could save on the tax. He also said that she wouldn't have to wait in line if she had a card. Next time, we'll probably go elsewhere rather than visit this location again. read more

They don't take medical cards or offer discounts for veterans, seniors etc. If you are a veteran with a medical card go to WCC and you will save money and won't have to wait in line. If you like cheap garbage weed and the outlet experience this is for you. read more
