I like how organized they are, and how they customize your session to your preferences. (a survey is sent to you beforehand) The day of the shoot was a beautiful fall day in Meadowbrook Park in Champaign, IL and I was so impressed with how Suzy (one of the two photographers at Jukebox) could take a seemingly benign setting and turn it into a glowing work of art. I honestly teared up when I first saw the pictures... Suzy had captured the warmth of my daughter, and her genuine spirit. It also made me realize how much she'd grown up and what a gift these pictures were going to be to me and the rest of the family for years to come. She puts you completely at ease and yet somehow produces the sorts of fabulous photos you'd think could only come from someone much less comfortable to work with. She gives you digital copies of all your photos, on a disk, which is important. She doesn't hold your photos hostage like some photographers do. She's a great contact for important events but the sort of person you'd actually consider for and do hire for everyday "why not?" sorts of occasions. And honestly there's nothing better than having some wonderful photos of a random day of no particular importance to remember it by.

I was in a rush to find a professional photographer for my son's baptism ceremony, two of my…read morefavorites photographer in town were busy for that day and I started calling some studios that I had found on google, I called Staske studio, I spoke with Roberta who told me they were unavailable but she was going to make a couple of calls to help me out with my rush, however, she asked me for my budget I told her $600, what I was willing to pay for professional photo shooting. Then, she called me two days after we first spoke and she asked me if I had found somebody to take the pictures, I said no and she told me that her husband (Paul) a professional photographer with more than 30 years of experience had a cancellation and he was available to take the pictures, I was so happy and thankful for such a great news. Therefore I set the day and time with Paul for the photoshoot. During the ceremony Paul took hundreds of pictures from the same spot, he did not move around to shoot from other angles, he did not have suggestions for posing, he was so shy, it seems to my wife that he did not know what he was doing, my wife told me she had the feeling that the pictures were not going to be great and I told her it will be ok, they are professional, that's what I could see and read on their website. Three days after the ceremony Paul texted me to bring me the pictures and I thought to myself, wait that's so quick, I have had three different photoshoot sessions with two different photographer and they at least have lasted two weeks or more to send by email a link where you can download the pictures, for my surprise Paul had given me a pen drive with 318 images in its original format not even took the time for editing, the pictures were the worst images I have ever seen, poor quality, blurry, dark, the setting of the camera were inadequate, not to mention that they charged me $600 for non professional and poor images. I expressed my concern about the quality of the images and I was told by Paul that they do not go through 300 plus images and photoshop all of them, which I was not expecting that, however he told me to send to an email address the number of 20 images to crop and enhance them, so I wondered why he did not do it then, I follow his suggestion, then I received an email from Roberta asking me what did I want for those images, LOL, I told her about the poor performance of the photo session that I experienced and never heard back from them. I am still waiting for an answer. It's outrageous, unprofessional, dishonest, fraudulent and disrespectful their aptitude on this matter. Do not recommend these people at all.
