She is a dialysis patient and requires rides to and from the clinic 3 times a week. We can always count on the team at Advanced Transit to get my mom to dialysis on time. She has also never been left stranded despite getting out of treatment later than expected. This is a major worry for my mom as she's a paraplegic. Taking city transit back home would be very difficult. My mom loves her drivers. They are all super sweet and friendly with her. They make sure she's always buckled in safely before driving off. Dispatch is prompt and informative as well. Whenever we call to confirm rides the call goes well and questions are answered immediately. This was not always the case with other companies.

The man accused her of already calling which this was her first time ever, he started yelling at her, told her she was a liar and told her to stop bothering them and the tenant. By the way no one has bothered the tenant she's elderly, we care about her, and that is why we're trying to work with the company making the noise. The lady who called today is a nice lady that is so polite and soft spoken she wasn't yelling at all and he had the nerve to tell her to calm down after he was the one yelling. He told her to listen he yelled then hung up on her without her being able to speak a word further. Don't use this service at all costs unless you want to be treated unfairly and with disrespect. You don't treat people that way regardless of situation but especially when it's people calling in politely with legitimate concerns. Apparently lease and city noise ordinances are above this company.

Besides she does not have an iPhone to use the app. In Sacramento, I have a nephew but he was working and lives in Elk Grove. He does not drive, legally blind. My niece is a single mother to 3 little girls and a college student, as well as care giver to her mom. She was not able to help either. I was about to give up and drive the 2 hours so that I could take her to ER. I had an idea to look for non emergency transport for medical, thinking that would be a good way to go.
