When my mom needed a same day appointment, I needed to find transportation to get her to the…read moredoctors. Both my mom and I do not drive, my mom hasn't for months. I called a few transport services, Aapax responded. I found the cost to be acceptable for round trip service. The scheduling was fast, there is a "no refund" policy for same day appointments. Aapax showed up with a vehicle for both my mom and I, the vehicle was clean and the driver very professional wearing a fresh mask. The driver helped my mom into the vehicle making sure she is safe and comfortable. Our trip was quick and safe, the driver was able to drop my mom and I off at the front door, they gave me their card. When my mom's appointment was finished, I gave the driver a call, they were there in no time. The next time I used Aapax the setup was just a simple for my mom. This time I had an idea on how long it would be so I could schedule a pick up time. It turns out I was off, or the doctors office was off whatever the case may be. The driver, the same driver we had before, was able to accommodate the delay. Again, this driving service is fantastic! I cannot recommend them enough. Art always calls 20 to 30 minutes a head of time to let you know when he will be arriving. And then he will call again when he arrives. Unlike other companies where they drive up and if you're not standing outside waiting, they drive off and move on which has happened to us all the time prior to this company. Christina works in the office and handles the scheduling of the appointments and deals with insurance issues. They make sure everything runs smoothly. She is a dialysis patient and requires rides to and from the clinic 3 times a week. We can always count on the team at Advanced Transit to get my mom to dialysis on time. She has also never been left stranded despite getting out of treatment later than expected. This is a major worry for my mom as she's a paraplegic. Taking city transit back home would be very difficult. My mom loves her drivers. They are all super sweet and friendly with her. They make sure she's always buckled in safely before driving off. Dispatch is prompt and informative as well. Whenever we call to confirm rides the call goes well and questions are answered immediately. This was not always the case with other companies.

The man accused her of already calling which this was her first time ever, he started yelling at her, told her she was a liar and told her to stop bothering them and the tenant. By the way no one has bothered the tenant she's elderly, we care about her, and that is why we're trying to work with the company making the noise. The lady who called today is a nice lady that is so polite and soft spoken she wasn't yelling at all and he had the nerve to tell her to calm down after he was the one yelling. He told her to listen he yelled then hung up on her without her being able to speak a word further. Don't use this service at all costs unless you want to be treated unfairly and with disrespect. You don't treat people that way regardless of situation but especially when it's people calling in politely with legitimate concerns. Apparently lease and city noise ordinances are above this company.

I haven't used anyone else because they have treated my precious cargo (mom) so well. I should have made my posting months ago, but life happens. Please see my remarks below regarding a trip that occurred in April 2026. As usual your drivers didn't disappoint. Both Van & Ray couldn't have been more patient & gentle with my 88 yr old mom. She loves riding with Ray. She's a backseat driver, when she rides with me. Van did a wonderful job driving us today especially, since it was his first time. Mom did doze off on our trip, which is always a sign of a good driver in our . My only suggestion is to allow for 1hr 15 mins for our trips from Elk Grove to Woodland. We arrived a little late.
