My daughter has nationwide ins on 2 vehicles. One broke down. Called nationwide roadside assistance…read morein which she pays extra for this service. She waited 4.5 hours for a tow truck. Then it arrived, they informed her they can't get in touch with nationwide to confirm payment and she will have to pay out of pocket up front. This is not right. This service is already paid for in the the ins premium. Nationwide has really gone down hill in customer service as their rates just keep going up.
