Additionally, they charged me 200 for doing the return. After doing my 2017 taxes I noticed the errors. I went back an the manager said he would look at it and call me back....crickets. After refilling my return, IRS sent a check for 1900 dollars. Beware, don't think they know what they are doing.

I was carrying full coverage on both of my vehicles when I had to report a claim on one of them. When I reported it they assured me it was covered but by the end of it they chose not to fix my car by trying to say that it wasn't all caused by the same incident. Even though my car was running great before and now I'm sitting here with a car I can't drive even though I had Full Coverage Insurance. So bottom line is I guess you get what you pay for. I would just hate to see anyone else in that position.
