We were escorted to the piercing stand where Lisa came out to show the jewelry and prices. They have a nice selection of studs and other type of jewelry for piercing. Lisa also answered all of my questions and really helped to ease my fear. I felt very comfortable and decided to just do it. Sanitary protocols were adhered to and after a quick little pinch and a watery eye, it was done. It was so easy and I now have a nose piercing! BUT my knowledge of jewelry and brands, placements and piercing upkeep is thorough and the reason I bothered driving 45 mins to this studio. Upon making my appointment I picked out Kelly, who JUST so happened to work that weekend. They were AHMAZING, sweet, professional, and made you feel good. And for me, it was good enough to keep coming back. They introduced me to Ezra, the studio manager, for a custom order placement and that interaction continued to make up for the initial not so great check in. I've been back 2 more times since and have had great service each time. I've been introduced to Marissa as well and look forward to having a second piercer to work with on my ears.
