Worse freaking taxi service in the city. They pick up multiple passengers with no regard for your schedule or comfort. They don't call you or wait or even care to confirm your pick up location before leaving you stranded in the cold of winter. 0/10 start do no recommend. read more

Flight landed at midnight and they were called. 2 times dispatch did not pick ip. Called a 3rd and a young lady picked up. Asked where i was going, called it out, then told me "nope" and abruptly hung up. Sucks that uber is nonexistent in florence. Would quickly put this business out quickly. read more

I was charged 15 dollars to go 7 minutes up the street (3.3 miles). I was charged an additional 2 dollars because I didn't have cash, I used cashapp. I was told because I went through two zones. Seventeen dollars for 3 miles is ridiculous to me. I'm not sure if this is a new thing but I've never been charged that much for a short distance. read more

On everything I love, this is a terrible taxi service they pick up when THEY feel like it, some of the drivers have attitude, and injust called them about times and it keeps saying their number isn't in service like huh? I always thought taxi drivers where considered "professional" drivers who knew the laws of the road including how to safely park to pickup and drop-off there customers. In this day of uber and lyft they really need to step up there game a bit. Both services are new to the florence area so I did use state taxi 1 time and that was enough to ask for rides from friends then use there services. Was it enough to complain? No, just enough to not use them again...but I can't keep quiet about this as it seems the company doesn't care about the fact that there driver was having breakfast in his car, in and of itself not a problem but being parked in a ramp. When he asked me why I was taking pictures of his car he was confused as to why it would matter to me. ( I was with my handicapped mother who uses the handicap ramp). I tried to explain why it was confusing me as to how he didn't, as a professional driver, understand what he did wrong. In his defense he claimed his handicapped grandma was in the restaurant (remember he was eating his meal in his car) but after I insisted that he call the police as he was threatening me to do, he drove off leaving "his grandmother" at the restaurant. FYI no grandma in the restaurant. Here are the photos you can see how well he parks and the fact that there were tons of open non handicapped spaces. Heck if he had just parked in a actual handicapped space and not the ramp this review may never have been written. If he had said sorry let me move quickly this review would not have been written. When I called the company to report them there response was, " he didn't tell us anything" and with a response of "ok" I do not believe a report will be written as I was requesting. If the company had given any dam about what there driver had done this review would not have been written. read more
