The consultant said that I would get a small amount back and could leave if I thought I could get more back somewhere else so my husband and did exactly that " We left" and today was their 30 year celebration which left me thinking what poor customer service. before leaving we asked about deductions and the consultant said " they would not help". When we went somewhere else the difference want from hundreds back to thousands... Guess deductions did make a difference. Poor customer service.
