BE AWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS They towed my vehicle saying it was illegally parked even though they said I could park wherever. Did not bother to tell me about it kept billing me every month for it even 6 months after it was towed and no longer at the storage facility. They didn't give me a refund and they didn't bother closing out the account themselves if they knew my car hadn't been on their property and didn't do so until I filed a police report against them. We transport stuff up and visit with our daughter, look at properties and get familiar with area... all easily thanks to this company. We know our belongings are safe, protected and the folks at All Safe Storage have been amazing. They respond quickly, and have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. Even on a day that the office was closed, they responded to an email and that is unheard of! We now have two units and I cannot say it enough... "support your local folks/ businesses!"
