The keys would not communicate with the new WIN and they DIDN'T KNOW? The push to start and keyless entry would not work at all and the key fob wouldn't work from the outside unless you were standing with the vehicle. So. I take it to them again. They fix it and it seems to be fine. They forget to plug in the gas cap release button SO I TAKE IT UP THERE AGAIN!!!! Now all seems well after this last time. The keyless entry and push to start work fine but shortly after I realize from outside the vehicle pushing the buttons on my key fob only works sometimes. I replaced the key fob batteries. Doesn't help. ANNOYED to say the least. I called them and guess what they say? I NEED ANOTHER WIN?? A THIRD ONE??? And why? "Because it's a Dodge and they make terrible products." I am done. I want my money back. I want everyone to know that these guys may be great at some things but DON'T expect them to fix a WIN MODULE!!! Take it to a Dodge place and let them fix it right the first time.

He sent pictures of everything and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even worked when it started to rain! He spent nearly 7 hours working to repair my problem. When he was finished my truck was fixed, CORRECTLY. Also, while working on my vehicle he discovered a hidden tracking device. Kinda scary finding out someone was tracking me.
