Upstars there is also furniture, kitchens and bathrooms. On the ground level there is a great little furniture section at the end of the store and there can be some really good bargains to be had there. There is also an outdoor section. There is no cafe or anything but the car parking is huge as it is shared by some other companies. I have never experienced big queues at the tills amd the staff are always happy to help, they will take you to what you are looking for.

If you pop in and let them know what you are looking for they will attempt to source an antique fireplace to your specifications. I visited the store to purchase a fireplace for my house and at first was overwhelmed by the choice. Eventually I found a reproduction piece that is so beautiful people as me if it is original. The staff at the store were very helpful and ordering, delivery and fitting was stress free. I had a sneaky check on the internet and couldn't find the same piece anywhere cheaper so their prices seem competitive.
