Prior to the surgery, I did not have so much as a filling. Understandably, I was nervous as I had never undergone surgery before. It was compounded by my surgery being postponed because of the epidemic. Dr. Taylor patiently explained everything, walked me through the entire procedure, and did a phenomenal job with the actual surgery. Today is June 3 and I just had my follow up visit. I am walking completely normal with no aid whatsoever and I am pain free for the first time in two years. Dr. Taylor restored the quality of my life and if anybody needs any procedures on their knees or hips I would wholeheartedly recommend him. I scheduled my visit for a weekday afternoon and showed up 20 minutes early to complete my paperwork and was warmly greeted by the office staff and was brought back about 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. The office staff were so friendly from the Xray room to the nurses, they all made me feel at home and comfortable. Dr. Ialenti was very nice, warm and genuine and really was helpful and knowledgeable in his field and quickly honed in on the issue and answered any questions and concerns I had. The office experience was truly amazing and I highly recommend the office for anyone needing an orthopedic doctor!

I saw a total of four foot and ankle surgeons and Dr Steinlauf was by far the best. He spent over an hour with me, during my visit, and showed great patience, compassion and empathy with me. He answered all my questions and was straight up with me regarding my diagnosis and prognosis. Afterwards, I reached out to my network and I got in touch with the NY Jets team orthopedist. He told me that Dr Steinlauf is the best surgeon he has ever worked with and if he was going under the knife, it would be Steinlauf who would perform his surgery. My surgery was over 4 hours and I will be in recovery for awhile, but I know I am in the best hands. If you're looking for a foot and ankle doctor, Steinlauf is your guy. He specializes in trauma and he welcomes difficult procedures. I am sure there are other good foot and ankle surgeons in south Florida, but why waste your time if Steinlauf is an option? The staff is warm and caring and tend to your personal needs quickly and efficiently....I would highly recommend Dr. Schiffman as an orthopedic surgeon...he does great work with the best bedside manner...

He's patient, he listens to you and he thoroughly explains things to you, He's definitely not one of those Drs who just prescribes you medication and tells you to come back in a couple of weeks. Keep in mind that this is a walk in clinic so they can be a wait but if you have an appt the wait really isn't too bad. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is from a couple of issues relating to the staff (not calling in meds, kind of a big deal). I recently started physical therapy here and can honestly say the physical therapists really have getting you feeling better as their top priority.

The admin assistants were then dealing with a heavier set lady (who worked there) with short curly hair who spoke to them like them were dirt on her shoe. All loud and aggressive for the entire waiting room to watch and feel uncomfortable. So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. All we wanted was to review his pain management and wound care. Not to mention the place is FILTHY from the outside. You are a dollar sign to these people. And I'm not even sure they have qualified enough staff. Overall nightmare.
